The staff is awful the guy that was working today didn’t had knowledge for coffee and i ordered mocha i returned it was american coffee with coca he said no it is mocha i said it is not but then i told him how to do he said so you want latte i told him no, then i realized he is not getting what I was saying I said give me a hot chocolate than, he started to say to act rude by saying if you do not know how to decide i will decide for you and made an latte i didn’t check i trusted him while I went to work I saw it was late not hot chocolateI used to love their coffee, but they need to hire mature peopleThat is the hot chocolate they gave me

I’ve been a customer of this Dunkin since it opened about a year or so ago. But today is my last day going here. The older gentleman working is always the rudest for no reason. Today was the second day in the last couple of weeks that my mobile order drink was snatched off the shelf by somebody. Instead of the guy apologizing and simply making me another drink, he instead passively aggressively makes me a drink then tries to chastise me and insinuate that I shouldn’t order on mobile before I arrive to avoid this issue. First of all, it’s not my responsibility that somebody took MY drink before I even stepped into the store. Furthermore, the whole point of mobile orders are to have a quick, clean transaction so by the time you arrive at the store, your drink is ready, you can grab it and go about your business. Which is exactly what I use it for. If for some reason somebody steals a drink, just simply make another one. As much of a pain as it is, you just gotta go with the flow. And more importantly, not scold the customer for simply using the app as it’s intended to be used for. I’m not a child and I don’t wanna be treated or spoken to like I am.I don’t understand why, as a paying customer, this guy insists on being the most disrespectful person toward me and, evidently, other customers seeing as the reviews here mention how rude he is. Especially since I’ve probably been going to this Dunkin almost daily for a year now. As someone who also works in customer service, this is not how you go about these situations.Just awful service. I’ll just go to Starbucks or the 42nd location from here on out.

The service here was beyond! I ordered on the app at a location down the street and they were closed. Supposed to be open at 6AM and they still weren’t open at 6:30AM. I was trying to catch a train out of GCT so I went to this Dunkin across the street to see if they could help me out. I showed them my order and the pictures I had just taken of the closed store. They told me they could make my order for me without me having to pay again. They were quick, efficient, friendly, and so so helpful! Thank you!!! (Saturday 10/20/24 6:30AM)
