★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The food is great, but the customer service is consistently rude. Cashiers act annoyed when you ask for help, and if you don’t speak perfect Spanish, you’re met with attitude or judgment. One ongoing issue: I’ll order 6 empanadas and they’ll give me two tiny sauces—ask for more, and it turns into an argument. It’s not that deep. Just hand over the damn sauce.I used to spend $15–$40 here regularly, but I’m done supporting a business that treats loyal customers like a burden.
July 26 · ashley gomezI generally come to this location for the coffee and tres leches cakes. However their service is horrible, as there is such a language barrier. They also listed egg and cheese on a roll and listed the price as $6 + tax however when ringing up the check it came out to $7.03 which does not calculate correctly.I would check your order price to make sure they aren't pushing an error or price gouging. I didn't care much for the $0.47 and gave it to the tip jar. It's just the principle of the matter.Generally this location has wonderful Columbian coffee.
February 05 · Shawn RSmall bakery in Richmond Hill with a simple, clean interior and cases of pastries. I came here on a Saturday afternoon for a coffee since it looked like one of the more welcoming places on the block. Got an ice coffee and was surprised that they use coffee ice cubes, not just regular ice cubes! Loved that extra touch to make sure your coffee doesn't get diluted. For an area where coffee options are few, this took me by pleasant surprise. The staff at the counter was friendly and I want to come back to actually try some of the food!
November 28 · Amanda ChengOrdered my birthday cake and the baker was so nice and took time to answer all of my questions. It was the first time trying this bakery. I wanted a pineapple flavored filling. I don't like big chucks of pineapple so the baker understood and made a very nice filling with very small pieces of pineapple which was exactly how I wanted it. The cake wasn't overly sweet and perfect but very filling as the ingredients are rich. The icening was a light whipped consistency. It was the most beautiful cake that I've ever had. See my pictures attached although i dont think the pictures did it justice. Myself, my family and friends really enjoyed it. The baker also accurately informed me of how many people the cake could serve. I will be returning. The servers were so nice.
July 31 · nat cooOrdered a cake here and it looked beautiful. Now the downside - A bit pricey (+200) -there was HAIR in the cake-it did not have any taste at all. Disappointed and not coming back there again.
