★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This used to be my favorite place for years. Great food and kind service. I use to order from them at least twice a week. I'm not sure what happened to them but getting delivery from them has become a nightmare. After not ordering from them for several months I decided to try my luck today hoping things we back to normal No such luck. The delivery driver dropped my food off "somewhere". He took a picture of it outside in the grass somewhere. I live in a co-op on the 5th floor. I cant reach the driver. No one picks up at the restaurant. I am giving them 3 stars only because it's hard for me to give my "former" favorite place less than that. Gotta find a new spot.
September 05 · Lavon ChambersI enjoy bringing friends here. The meal introduced unfamiliar elements prepared well. Every service interaction met our needs. This place needs a new category above five stars. This place has gorgeous design.
September 13 · Olivia CeliceTasty fresh falafel in a run-down hole-in-the-wall establishment. Highly recommend it! Friendly service and inexpensive prices. However, I wish this establishment was more aesthetically pleasing because the level of cleanliness behind the kitchen can be questioned by the lack of attention paid to the dining area. Furthermore, the opening hours are inconsistent, thereby making this an unreliable choice for everyday dining.
August 29 · c MThis hole in the wall halal spot never disappoints me, we have been going here for almost 10 yrs and once in a while we order our fave shawarma, and the taste and flavor is still the same. Although the falafel im not really happy with it. There is an after taste that i dont like. Could be too much tcilantro and parsley or too much baking soda. But all in all the chicken shawarma is delicious.Ofcourse due to inflation its now $16.99 per plate, i remember the first time i had it was $9
September 14 · Edjanine SingletaryAbsolutely delicious! I wish I could make my kofta kebab over rice leftovers last more than two meals, but it really is too good to not eat it all immediately. The restaurant is small, with extremely limited seating and no A/C, and the prices are a bit higher than a cart (understandably, a store front costs more to rent), but you get a ton of tabbouleh/hummus/baba ganoush/salad/etc. Very highly recommend!!!
