This place is horrible. I ordered pumpkin pancakes through uber eats and this horrible restaurant actually dumped pumpkin spice all over the pancakes making them inedible as it is not safe to consume that amount of pumpkin spice. They will not answer the phone and its disgusting that they would do that and send it out. I want my money back. Absolutely ridiculous. I was having a rough week and just wanted some pancakes that I could tolerate and because of them I went to bed hungry and with my health that is not good. I wouldn't ordered from here if they were giving it away.

I found the place to be beautiful, spacious, and highly lively and organized. When my companions walked in, the vibe felt right and we were soon welcomed with anticipation for a good experience. Soon, the waiter allowed us time to come up with our orders. Within 10 minutes, the waiter took our orders and restated them for clarification. That is an excellent way to confirm and modify any changes. The waiter was worth it. When the food was presented, the plates were gorgeous. I had to take pictures of the dishes. The taste of the basil soup is sublime - perfect. We had to settle down after our meal to catch up with events and other trivial matters in this cozy environment. My friends and I received one of the best customer service in this IHOP.

The food was very good and the restaurant clean. Great , friendly staff. Eat in or take out. The restaurant has a park g lot, but you can find plenty of street parking close by. Don’t park in the White Castle parking lot ! Your car may be towed.

Went in for a take out order & for some reason the managers attitude and demeanor was not so nice. I came in today with a smile and after placing my order I felt not welcomed. He made it apparent that my being here was a nuisance and that he probably dislikes his job. I understand the hell service workers have to go through, but to be so blatantly rude to guests who are nice is a choice. Hopefully my meal doesn’t look or taste the same as this man’s attitude.

The food is great, the place looks nice. Been here many times and my most complaint is their sevice.You get seated fast and not a lot of people was there at that time. It take long to get serve and sometime the food take long to get out. If it not crowded and it not that usually busy, it shouldn't take that long either.Nevertheless you will still have a great time there at IHOP
