wow, I feel so bad 😒 talking bad about my favorite restaurant. but I have to let other know about the bad service in this location, specifically the past Sunday July 13th the servers on charge at 6:30. we got seat at any table because there was no other costumer, then we were waiting for 23 minutes to get someone to take the order, after that we saw the food in the counter for at least 10 or 15 minutes. we ended and they never ask again if we need something else, they made us wait for check out 1 hour until we give up and ask for it. The food was great but this guy's definitely have problem with the Spanish community because in our presence 3 other costumes lived the premises without order something because the same was happening with them. please take care of this bad behavior of waitresses. Terrible experience 😔😔

I’ve visited this location several times and they never disappoint. Service is always great. Food is always on point and it’s nice and cozy. Will definitely visit again

Had an absolutely delightful experience at this IHOP with their Dinner for 2 deal. I opted for the Atlantic salmon, accompanied by three sides: mashed potatoes, fries, and the classic pancake. The salmon was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. The sides added a wonderful variety to the meal, with the classic pancake serving as a sweet counterpart to the savory elements.My husband tried the country fried steak, which was a hit. Paired with sides like salad, fries, and mashed potatoes, the dish showcased a satisfying blend of textures and tastes. The generous portion sizes left us happily satisfied.The inclusive deal offering coffee and soft drinks was a great value addition. The attentive staff and inviting ambiance enhanced our dining experience, making it a memorable evening. IHOP's Dinner for 2 deal not only exceeded our expectations in terms of variety and quality but also provided excellent value for a delightful meal. Highly recommend for a satisfying dining experience!

We visited this IHOP today after dropping off our Lexus for some maintenance at the dealership nearby (4 minute walk). We had 1.5-2 hours to kill and we were hungry. 8:30 on a Saturday morning, the restaurant was pretty empty except for maybe 2 tables. We were seated promptly. My husband ordered the Sirloin Steak Tips and Eggs. I ordered the plant based Power Sausage combo. I liked my meal very much. It came with egg whites, fresh fruit and protein pancakes. It felt healthy and was very filling. We also ordered hot chocolate and freshly squeezed OJ. Our server was very friendly and attentive. I agree that this smaller location gives a diner feel, which I liked. It was cozy. I'd definitely come back if I was in the area.

Being the closest IHOP to our home, we have been to this location few times. Usually its really crowded on weekend breakfast hours, hard to find parking at that time too. But on weekdays it’s pretty convenient to find seating on arrival. IMO their breakfast items like pancakes and omelette are pretty good, but other items like burgers and sandwiches are sort of disappointing. In my latest visit, the chicken paddy was unevenly cooked. My recommendation would be stick with the pancakes.
