We found this place to be quirky and fun. The layout is very a-typical but gives for smaller more quiet dining areas. We loved the decor and retro items and the staff were attentive and friendly.The menus themselves were very cool and importantly, the food was delicious. We were a party of 4, we all went for burgers, but the menu has some other lovely options too.The burgers were juicy, fresh and flavourful. Some great flavour combos - difficult to make our minds up on what to have. We all enjoyed!

I love the Jackson Hole. I have visiting their own location on the upper east side for many years, so was pleasantly surprised to find this one. Though, I worried it could be as good as the original.I was wrong to worry.The burger was amazing. Perfectly cooked. The steak fries were done right. Not soggy or burnt. Service was quick, friendly, and enjoyable.Basically, it a great little sibling to the original. And its only in that comparison, that it loses just a little. Its a smaller location, and missing some of the extreme variety of the original. But thats it. The food is just as good.This location of the Jackson Hole is worthy of the name and is a great stop for burgers. Highly recommended.

This place has decent food, i really recommend the belgium waffle dessert and i highly do not recommend the chicken parm sandwhich. Overall the food was decent. The service could be better and friendlier though.

I’m saddened by the decline of Jackson Hole locations in Manhattan. This has been my favorite joint for burgers for as long as I’ve known about them. On my latest trip to NYC I made to this final Manhattan outpost. The Berger are still as juicy and delicious as always. If you’re looking for a smash burger - don’t come here - they do it because it’s trendy but they are known for this big-ass juicy burgers and that’s what you should get.The dining room is no frills and the service can be spotty. Even though they give you an iPad menu - you cannot order from it or pay your bill so really not sure the point of it.

Best burger I've had the pleasure of eating! Tons of options to choose from! The burgers are big and they are loosely packed for a bite that you won't forget! (Over packed burgers have the texture of hockey pucks)Super low-key spot perfect for dining and chatting.
