June 19 · E LAll Filipino food here taste good! Typical turo turo (means point what food you want) in Queens!Location: It is located in Woodside. It is mainly a grocery store but at the side they sell ready to eat meals!Service: you have to point what you want and they will wrap it and you pay in the cashier. They are nice as well.Food: Everything is good here but my favorites are: SISIG: this is the best! So tangy and mild spicy. The pork is well cooked and seasoned. PORK BBQ: it is on a stick, the meat is tender and charred to goodness. DINUGUAN: pork blood and pork! It is soo good, you will get more rice! OKOY: shrimp and sweet potato combined and fried. CALDERETA: the sauce is the best, the beef is tender. ADOBO: afcourse this is staple filipino food, the saltiness of the soy sauce combined with the pork or chicken makes you want to get more rice. GINATAANG LANGKA: this is seasonal, but if I see it I get it, its langka cooked in coconut milk with chili and shrimp!Price rating: 8/10, thats the only thing, they rise their prize a lot.Definitely will come back here because I love Filipino food! Get the sisig!!
April 10 · Mark NowellThe food was very good. I was there for a birthday party plenty of room music playing, I was able to Park my car a block away the major problem was the service no one came to refill the sodas no one came to serve the coffee even though it was unlimited you had to get up and get it yourself. Even I had to get up and ask the manager for extra napkins, no one cleared off the table after you ate. I asked the birthday lady why, she responded because of the coronavirus they don't want to have too much contact with the customers it's a restaurant you have to have contact with the customers. The soup was called bulalo beef chunk 👍
February 09 · Eric B BOYHomely, authentic vibes. Food is prepared rustic style and nails on flavors and texture. Meats are stewed to decadent softness, soups are rich, and veggie patties are fried to a golden crisp. One visit is not enough.
August 24 · YèDon’t buy the kutsinta!!! Bought it for 7 dollars for 5 small pieces.. I don’t mind the price because I am craving for it. 😅 But the taste and texture is horrible, nowhere near or similar to an authentic kutsinta, disappointing! 😫😩
