Learned a lot in this class and it was hands on so I got to experience every aspect of making pasteles. Really enjoyed the stories and history Mia shared throughout the class. At the end of the class I got to enjoy rice and gandules and pasteles that she cooked. The food was delicious and she surprised us with some flan for dessert which was mouth watering. Highly recommend! I’m looking forward to attending more classes with her. - Dolores Ramirez
