I always bought a frappe with extra caramel from MCD but this time they disappointed me with the extra caramel in every location of MCD that I went the extra caramel goes all over the glass and this time they gave it to me as a regular caramel frappe, and I asked the workers if that was an extra caramel and they said yes! Today I got a frappe with extra caramel in a different MCD so y’all can see the difference, the number 1 is from this location and the number 2 from a different location, here I leave you the photos of both so that you notice the difference, and apart from that the customer service is garbage I had a very bad experience there:(

It's true to the franchise. The chicken nuggets where a little overcooked. The bathroom was clean. The soda machine had a lot of options and cool syrups. Service was fast. The restaurant is very small and only has a dozen place to sit. Open 24 hrs. At 11 pm it was full, but i did not have to wait to order on one of the 4 big displays or to get my food. It' acessible via wheelchair. Good job to all the employees that work there.

The app said that the location was closed. While waiting for the bus, I saw that it was open. Went in and ordered a McFlurry from the kiosk. Waited 10 minutes while three employees stood there talking, while a fourth worked. Finally, who appeared to be the manager approached me to inquire about my order. The individual went to the back and made my order in less than a minute. No good. Will never go back to this location, and that does me no good considering that I work nights in the area. I'll take my money elsewhere.

This is the longest location ever to prepare the order!I usually come here to pick up the mobile order for my daughter because the closest store , the fastest time order ready minimum 10 mins!10 mins if busy that’s still acceptable! But my latest visit on monday 5/19 , no line at all, me and my daughter were the only waiting for mobile order, still have to waiting for 10mins !No matter if i place a mobile order or kiosk order. The reason is BECAUSE the kitchen staff that prepare the order are busy talking with other staff!Every-time i came to this location, the staff (whoever) at the preparing table with the printer ALWAYS busy talking with other staff! ALWAYS! Just happens 5/19, even when my order was ready on the staff hands ( i saw my number on the bag, and i was ready to take the order) , those staff didn’t call my number right away. the staff finished their conversation first then called my number!Not only slow service, It’s happened last year also when me and my daughter dine-in , one of female staff was talking so loud in the middle of the waiting area with someone (looks like former employee came to visit ) , he came inside with his scooter, and the female staff riding his scooter back and forth inside and shouted so loud to him like she’s so proud that she’s know how to ride his scooter !Manager saw she ride the scooter and talks so loud in the middle , some customers waiting for their order , but didn’t say anything .I’t so annoyed ,because her voice was sooo loud !
