I placed a large order today for my family of seven, and the experience was extremely frustrating from start to finish. Several items were missing, including an oatmeal, a hash brown, a drink, and even one full meal. I had to go back to the counter multiple times to ask for things that should have been included the first time. Even after that, when I got home, I realized one of the meals was still missing.It was very disappointing and stressful, especially because this was meant to be a family meal. The staff seemed unorganized and not paying attention to detail, and I left feeling unsatisfied and frustrated. I hope the store takes this feedback seriously and improves their accuracy and service, especially for larger orders.

Don’t use the code for the app on the self kiosk. You’ll have a problem but when you tell them they’ll try not to fix the issue until curse them out. Shouldn’t have to do all that to get what I ask for. And then still didn’t get what I asked for. Told them I put the code in but the kiosk wouldn’t let me select my items with the code. Then had the nerve to tell me how they know I put it in there. Like what? It’s always packed in there and have 1 person on the register.
