What is worth choosing
Mojito is an ideal choice for anyone in New York looking for a quick, casual, and tasty meal in the Flushing Meadows area. The restaurant’s greatest strength lies in its ability to provide a lively atmosphere combined with a satisfying menu. A top reason to choose Mojito is its signature cocktail, the Mojito itself, which is praised by customers. It’s the perfect refreshing drink to enjoy on a warm day, particularly after spending time at the park.
When it comes to the food, the menu is designed for a broad appeal. While some dishes may have mixed reviews, the "great" corn dip and quesadilla mentioned by one customer are strong recommendations. These items suggest that the restaurant excels at its more focused appetizers and comfort food offerings. The Toasted Cuban Sandwich and Fried Chicken Sandwich are also classic comfort food choices that are likely to be satisfying.
The fast service is another key reason to choose Mojito. For people with a limited amount of time, whether they are on a lunch break or heading to an event, the efficiency of the kitchen and staff is a major benefit. The casual atmosphere makes it a great spot for a solo diner to grab a bite without feeling out of place. It's a place that is what it says it is: a casual restaurant that offers a mix of delicious food and drinks in a prime location. While it’s always wise to manage expectations for any dining experience at a large event venue, Mojito remains a convenient and popular option for a reason.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Terrible experience.Went to Mojito with my wife (we’re senior citizens) after waiting outside the BJK Tennis Center for an hour in sizzling 90 degree heat. The hostesses passed over us multiple times, without so much as acknowledging us, to seat parties of three or more.Fortunately, a greeter my wife had asked a question to noticed us being repeatedly passed over by the hostesses, and found us a tiny table, sandwiched along a wall on a busy aisle with waiters and patrons flying hither and yon emitting a cacophony of soundsOur meal was awful. The Yucca fries appetizer presented beautifully, but tasted like yams that had been dehydrated, then microwaved, and then air fried. The bacon, shishito peppers, and Parmesan cheese toppings ($9.50) only marginally improved this dish, which was distinctly unappetizing. The lobster roll was perhaps the worst I’ve ever had, and I’ve had plenty in New England and NYC. The lobster, though plentiful, was watery and flavorless, with not even a hint of sweetness, and the mayo was scarcely discernible. The bread roll, surprisingly, was delicious. The best part of the meal was the complimentary cup of water with crushed ice and lemon that was refreshing, cooling, and allowed us to avert heat stroke.Although our server was attentive and polite, he asked us as we were sitting down, before we had had a chance to look at our menus, if we’d like tortilla chips and guacamole. We thought this was a complimentary “on the house” appetizer, but we discovered upon receiving our check that it was ON OUR HOUSE—for $19.50.
