★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Stopped by this Naya today for a late lunch after a long walk around midtown. Not too busy so I got served right away by very friendly ladies. I ordered the Naya Bowl with seasonable grains and the chicken shawarma. Big portion with all the veg is and yogurt and humus. Wonderful.
September 12 · THE EXPLORERI am shocked and dismayed at the treatment I received from this Naya location. I’m a big fan of Naya but today’s experience ruined my impression of the brand. A woman stood at the door and was very mean and aggressive to the people waiting outside. It was half an hour before closing time but she was telling people to leave, that it was too late and to email Naya if they have a problem with it. I asked if they were running low on ingredients, she said no. The worst part was her smug and unapologetic attitude about it. This is no way to treat your customers. Naya, do better. Never will I come to this location ever.
September 10 · Christine QianThe store’s supposed to close at 9 but at 8:30 they’re already barring the door, even when there’s almost no line inside. A lady stood at the door and was very rude when turning people away. This kind of horrible attitude to guests on the first day of opening is just unacceptable!
