Schlesinger's is definitely a unique experience. It has an associated cigar bar which I'm not a fan of, but they have a non smoking dining area. The service was good. The house pickles (mild dill flavor) were decent, but the bread was cold and hard. I had a french onion soup that had good developed flavor. The salad had a lot of hearts in it that I'm not a fan of having in a side salad. They also have a small dressing selection. A had a filet and mashed potatoes. Everything was above average just not high end. The steak had a real strong iron taste and potatoes lacked seasoning. Overall it was a good experience, but a step below a Ruth's Chris or similar. - Taylor Scott
