They don't care when they make mistakes, nor do they care to rectify them no matter how small. I asked the associate for a kids meal and was not allowed to take the juice and applesauce that was suposed to go with it the associate despite she admitted to hearing me ask for the MEAL did not care to ring me up for it, and had an I don't care aproch to the situation in general. Furthermore when I was trying so solve the issue the associate said "what do want me to do" like the small order of a child's meal and a 6 inch sandwich was to much for her to be bothered with. But the thing that really got me was she wrapped my daughter's sandwich for the child's meal.

I frequent this High Ridge Turn of River location almost once a week. Some of the “sandwich artists” are better than others, but that would be. Today I ordered three footling subs. One was a meatball. All I asked for was cheese as a topping, nothing else. So the gal who made the sub put very little on. I asked for a little extra. She put a pinch more. You needed a microscope to see it. I paid for the three subs and put a dollar into the tip box. The only thing in there were a few pennies. As I started to leave I decided to ask for a little extra cheese on the side. Her response was I would have to pay extra. Really??? I pointed out I left a dollar in a box with a few sad sorry cents in it. How pathetic is that. She couldn’t care less. She called the owner to find out what to do, but not before telling her I used a coupon. They give them out don’t they? Trying to humiliate me perhaps? Just then the owner walked in and told her to just give me a tiny cup of cheese and that it was perfect timing that she had just walked in. Honestly, I am so bothered by this treatment I had to get this off my chest.

Place was empty. Great awesome service. Got the 3 for 17.99 with coupon daughter and boyfriend got steak and cheese and I got the chicken pesto. So good and fresh

It's been a while since I've been there, and in that time they seemingly got rid of most of the ingredients for what I usually ordered. No flatbread, no marinara, no mozzarella, cookies are worse than they used to be, what I did get was not toasted enough.I just ended up getting whatever because she already started cutting the bread before I noticed and I added some more stuff at home. In the end I still got bread with stuff on it but I guess I have no reason to ever go back.

The experience was horrendous and pathetic to say the least. I did not expect such customer service from Subway.I had initially called the store to place an order so that I could pick it up later. The lady on the other side of the phone refused stating that she was attending a customer and that I should place the order online.I placed the order online (Order #2A055FBD-33), made the payment using my Credit Card and the pick up time was 2:20pm. I reached the restaurant 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up time as it just is a 5-10 minute walk from my work place.When I went in to collect the order, the person at the counter refused the delivery stating that the order was already handed over. On questioning whom the order was delivered to, she said was it was delivered to the correct person. I further asked how she identified if it was the correct person to which she said "he showed it to me on the phone". All the questions asked further were answered with the same reply "I delivered to the correct person"It amazes me how she could identify the correct person when the online receipt and the credit card used to make the payment was always with me.I requested to speak with the manager and she refused to involve the manager stating that she has already spoken to the manager and there was nothing that can be done. She asked me to place the order again and make the payment. This is nothing by scamming the customers of their hard earned money. The arrogance shown by the the lady was out of the roof. I will make sure I leave the worst possible review on all the social media handles.
