Shout out to the INCREDIBLE woman at Subway who just helped me out with 16 unique footlong sandwich orders at peak lunch hour. (she is tall, South Asian, & has wonderful/powerful energy). She was efficient, never allowed a line to grow by delegating to her colleagues, and ensured a truly positive experience for me.

If I could give this place a 0 star review I would. The worker was too busy talking to his coworker to even bother paying attention to what I wanted to order. I wanted a 6in BLT and he continued to give me a footlong. I had to repeat myself 5 times for him to register what I wanted. And throughout the entire order he continued talking over me as I ordered. And the food doesn’t look too fresh

Honestly, I haven't gone to a subway in years because of.. well everything.This Subway though was great like they used to be.Everyone was kind.Everything was fresh.Everything was tasty.Thank you!

Another five-star Pit Stop at the Union Square Subway sandwich, with Robin. My other favorite sandwich chef, Kumar, have the day off, but these two hooked me up a ham and cheese sandwich just like I wanted it. Ham, provolone, mayo and mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, a bunch of olives and a couple jalapenos. 🤗ahhhh. And all that for less than $10, in the heart of New York City! Check out the pictures!This location is very clean and family friendly. There's always some good tasteful music playing in the background that helps create a very relaxed atmosphere. All of the subways just about run through Union Square the queue the n are the four or five and six and the L train comma and I'm sure there's a few more. The MTA bus stop is literally right in front of the store so this place is perfectly suited and situated for a quick in and out grab a healthy meal and stay here to eat or go or you need to go. There is parking at night and on the weekends on 14th Street but Monday through Friday in the daytime you're much better off taking the nearby mass transit. There is a wide door at the entrance but there's two steps into the main lobby of the store, so technically this is not wheelchair accessible. There are several vegetarian dishes available and a full range of beverages from soda to bottled water, teas, Etc. Can't think of any other useful information but I highly recommend anyone and everyone stop by here almost any afternoon and evening go get the same good service from the same friendly and talented sandwich chefs, serving the same good food in a great atmosphere. Five stars

Last time buying there. RIP Subway. Veggies are not being washed, cucumber was cut with the sticker still on it and placed on my sandwich, place is shady. Very questionable how ingredients are being handled there.I have a clue why people from reviews below got sick after eating their sandwiches. And the prices…. Should have gone to the local deli…
