Extremely rude employees. One time they asked how I was paying and after I said card she entered cash and said it was too late to change it. Good thing I had enough cash on me that day. Also this place is anti dogs. I usually order and pay for my sandwich online in advance and go in for less than 20 seconds to just get my order. They always make a big deal with me bringing in a 8lb pup doesn't matter if she's on the ground or in my arms. They need to have an outside pickup station if they wanna be so dramatic. It's not like I'm eating in the store or spending 5 mins there to order a sandwich.

Why they don't use the coupons on my order to buy a sandwich. Then I cut the coupon out in front of them. They said the coupon was used already. Stop lying to people subway about using coupons that we can't use. The same to coworker do this everyday. There's need to be an investigation on this subway food store.

Came at 10pm and the employee told me it was close. I said the sign said 11pm and Google said 10:30pm. He just repeated that it was close. I told him next time change the sign or change the time on Google Maps. Go to the Subway on the corner of Grand St. and Ludlow St at least this subway operation hours is accurate.
