★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I absolutely adore this place! The cozy red booth seating and the warm lighting create such an inviting vibe. I enjoyed a gin cocktail that was crafted to perfection. It’s the ideal spot for a relaxing evening away from the city's hustle and bustle!
September 09 · Pouesh BkfjyIncredibly rude bartender who rolled his eyes when I ordered 2 soda waters for friends who don’t drink (along with an alcoholic drink) then charged me $8 for each soda water. When I asked about this insanely overpriced water, he proceeded to lecture me, saying it’s not a N/A friendly bar and a small place like that can’t afford to keep its doors open if people don’t order alcohol. The alcoholic drinks other people in our group ordered had enormous ice cubes to mask the tiny amounts of alcohol. Rude bartender ended the evening by blasting awful music for 20 min after yelling that it was last call. There are plenty of ways to spend tons of money on drinks in NYC without being belittled and insulted. It was a sad lack of hospitality and definitely ruined this place for me.
March 15 · Jeanne Applegatebartender renee was more than unwelcoming.i showed up to meet a friend who had purchased a drink and tipped generously. upon meeting her and finding out there was no food served at the bar, i pulled out my own food with no remarks from the bar. after a few minutes, i went to ask the bartender renee for a glass of water and was met with nothing but pettiness and hostility and questions about buying another drink. for paying and tipping customers, i found this so rude and so distasteful. with no water and no response but “you can buy a drink” i went back to my seat. a few more minutes passed and the same bartender renee approached my friend and i to tell us we had to leave. we had been there for all of 70 minutes max , in a mostly empty bar, at 11pm when the bar closes at 2am, one drink bought with a tip and weren’t loud or drunk just hanging out in a bar we frequent since we live nearby. loved this place and would love to come back but won’t come back to be served by someone so unfriendly and unwelcoming.
March 07 · Subria BelloVery good cocktails and a cool vibe. David made me some amazing craft cocktails. The tequila old fashioned style drink called a tequila gumption was one of the best I’ve ever had in that style. I highly recommend this place if you want nice cocktails
August 25 · Mike WolfsmithWent spontaneously last week with friends as we sought delicious post-dinner cocktails. Everything was great - drinks, service, music, atmosphere. Steven was the best. Thanks for a great NYC night out!
