★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I ordered a few different items being that it was my first time ordering. I ordered 3 different types of sushi. Teriyaki chicken meal and a salmon bento box with added shrimp.I definitely recommend the grilled chicken sushi and the California roll 8/10. Very fresh. The Bento box was very filling. I enjoyed it 7/10. Now the Teriyaki chicken I ordered was good until my daughter almost choked in a big piece of plastic that was in her steamed veggies. You couldn't even see it at first because it blended in with the cabbage. Very disappointed and disgusting 0/10. Because of this is will not being ordering nor eating from this franchise ever again
September 11 · Shawnta GoodeI ordered the teriyaki salmon and my husband got the salmon bento box. The salad, cabbage and rice tasted good. The salmon was sliced way too thin. I've never seen anything like this. There were a few pieces of flat, overcooked dried out salmon on top of the rice. Please take my advice OWNER and just give us one nice piece of tender, juicy thicker sliced salmon. As we sat there and ate our meal, we saw that you have plenty of business so why are cutting corners by serving those thin overcooked salmon slices. Do better for our community of Canarsie.
June 20 · Martina JusticeI have my pro's & con's about EVERYTHING.. But this place right here.. THIS PLACE RIGHT HEREE...Hubby ordered a plate off doordash a few months prior & couldn't figure out which resturant he ordered from because we ordered so much it wasn't on a recent history. He surprised me for lunch with this because local Chinese restaurants are trash.. especially the one across from this place(we shall get into that later 😅).. when he ordered the bento tray I instantly fell in love.. idk maybe it's the bigback in me. I passed this place so much talking shit because I DO NOT LIKE TERIYAKI SAUCE NOR FOOD! & I'm like a whole resturant dedicated to it? Oh hell nah 😅.The day before yesterday I went to bj's & thought I'll save some money by not ordering from expensive ass doordash & actually take my behind inside & see what's it about on the inside (cause iykyk). To my surprise it was very clean, ♿️ accessible, & they didnt stare at me, looking down like other Chinese or Japanese people do.. shit I came in there with a whole bj's shopping cart as I waited for my ride. I got crazy stares from the customers not the workers. The prices there are $11-13 for the trays plus tax but on doordash it's about $15 plus their fees.. that's good that the prices aren't too off.. like I stated I never stepped in the resturant so I didn't know they cooked the food right in front of you, to me that's always a GOOD SIGN. The staff didn't give me no problem nor charged extra when I wanted extra wasabi and sushi ginger (THOSE MY MUST HAVE OR I DONT WANT IT 😅).MY daughter doesn't like the beef, I think it's okay but the chicken is a no for me, not because it's nasty but here it comes again where i don't like teriyaki & that brings out the taste of it. I always order the shrimp but we tried the salmon. HONESTLY I WAS AFRAID TO because you ever had dried salmon? Over cooked? Over seasoned? Undercooked? Well... the smell was getting me as i waiting for hubby & my bento tray.. so I was a punk & convinced my daughter to get the salmon & let me try it.I WAS MAD! .. Her salmon was better then my shrimp. I should have went with my nose. Hubby said it needed more seasoning but I think to each it's own.. I want to taste the 🐟 not the seasoning & if he orders he can add his salt.🤷🏾♀️Any who 💁🏾♀️.. i didn't try to make this that long 😭..On doordash during a certain time they give you a percentage off for lunch or brunch or something like that 'happy hour i guess, but I am not sure if they do that in person & if they do that's amazing.😃Last time hubby ordered online he got the California rolls & now that's a part of my order. I never tasted them so good & fresh.. my teen daughter says this is a must now everytime we go grocery shopping no more the frozen brand 😫😫 💸.The thing i found out I love the most about this place is that they give back.. so for every 6 trays you get one free.. sadly it's only the chicken & if your reading this you know how I feel already. I wish they had that with online orders because I think imma need to collect atleast 2 of them free trays.🤣🤣My cons for this place .. (I know i talk alot 🫠 & these is my honest review. Thank you if you made it this far 😭) my only cons is the need to add more to the menu. I didnt check if they had a bathroom so I can't give my rating on that but overall I haven't had no issues with them besides one time forgetting my wasbi & sushi ginger .. that's threw off my meal 🥲.. but that is a preference of mine. The food was still good without it, though. No complaints about the food &i am not big on rice but it's good as well. The meal completes & compliments each other.. no free drink if you was wondering.Wish me luck next I want to try the eel ..🤞🏾😵
December 03 · Star Bliss (Star)The teriyaki chicken was flavorful and juicy, I subbed the rice with noodles and they were moisy without being greasy or oily and had a subtle but amazing flavor. The Shrimp tempura role was a mix of delicious flavors and had soft fresh rice and a crispy and well cooked shrimp. I would highly recommend this place for a quick takeout lunch or a sit down dinner.
September 04 · Olivia SimmondsThe food is great, my second time ordering from this restaurant, the food is delicious and fresh, Panda express watch out, most important here the prices are very good and reasonable. i Order the beef and Shrimp Bento and the chicken and shrimp Bento
