I will personaly suggest everyone to visit it and enjoy your quality time over there. My experience has been wonderfull. Especially the manager's behavior to customers was adorable. . Food was cooked well and Hell burger was really amazing

The food is OK It is greasy and nobody had gloves on not even in the back where they cook it’s like Wendy’s McDonald’s. Nothing special. It’s a literally fast food. There’s other places right next to it that are way better. . He’ll tell you 15 minutes but you’ll be there 40 minutes easily and the best part they mess up The order had to wait again. I won’t go back.

Yee ha! The new brach in Staten Island is now open. It's a cozy spot, only able to accommodate about three families at a time, but the food is fantastic. I'm especially excited that we can now enjoy their delicious chicken and juicy beef burgers right here in our neighborhood. I think takeout will be the best option for most visits.

This has to be the worst place I have ever ordered from. The worst customer service experience, after my order was not fulfilled they asked me if I wanted something else. The order was placed on their website and they wanted me to cancel it. I could not cancel it the site would not allow it. Don’t place orders online they suck. At the end I had to fight to get my money back cash. I said can you do anything about this issue.He said no. He would not offer anything. I had to drive and my waste time to the store and hear no we don’t have it no breast they were all out but my order went through online. No matter what anyone would be upset and you just wasted your time and gas for nothing just to get your money back. One thing I can thank him for is now I and everyone knows how they treat a potential customers.
