The Hub Introduce
The Hub Food Court, nestled on Lincoln Avenue in Purchase, NY, is a central dining destination primarily serving the Purchase College campus and the surrounding Westchester community. Categorized as a Food Court, The Hub is designed to meet the diverse and dynamic needs of a busy crowd, offering a wide array of meal choices under one casual roof. It functions as much more than just a place to eat—it's also listed under Professional Services, highlighting its role as a core amenity for the institution it serves.
For New Yorkers in the area, The Hub provides a convenient solution for meals, particularly favored for solo dining due to its quick service and varied options. Patrons can choose from an impressive selection of dedicated food stations, which include a sushi place, a classic sandwich shop, a fresh salad bar, a burger spot, an Italian vendor, and a rotating station that changes its offerings weekly. This culinary diversity ensures that whether you’re craving a light, healthy option or a satisfying comfort meal, you can find it quickly.
Customer reviews offer a balanced view of The Hub. While some note that the food is "decent" but perhaps "nothing special" compared to external restaurants, they acknowledge that for a campus-based food court, the options are surprisingly plentiful and of acceptable quality. One customer, granting four stars, emphasizes that expectations should be adjusted for a college setting, praising the ability to "make decent salads" and find a "fine sandwich." Another consistent highlight mentioned is the good quality of certain staple items, such as the fries, and the general cleanliness of the environment.
It is important to note the mixed feedback regarding the service staff; while some employees are noted to be "super friendly" and "really nice," other reviewers feel the staff can sometimes seem unenthusiastic. Despite this occasional feedback on atmosphere, The Hub remains the principal and most convenient dining choice for the campus population and is an accessible, practical option for locals seeking variety and speed in the Purchase area.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The food here is decent, nothing special, and overpriced. The workers are pissed at the world and just very clearly hate their jobs. Occasionally a few employees have a smile on their face. Best place to eat on campus but that doesn’t say much. Take out and dine in, theres a sushi place, sandwich shop, salad bar, burger place, an Italian place, and one spot that changes what they serve every week.
January 27 · Louva RobertsAlright I know 4 stars seem like a lot, but hear me out. I feel like expectations need to be lowered accordingly to where this is located, on a college campus. The food isn't great, but there are a decent number of options. The fries are good, you can make decent salads, get a fine sandwich and the staff are really nice. For college food, it's decent ✨
September 05 · Katie BeachThe people who work at The Hub are incredibly. They're friendly, helpful and usually are in good spirits. Having to deal with a bunch of college students every day is definitely not easy to do.The food however is not good. To have students subjected to this below quality sustenance is horrid. I can't even call it food. The fish used for the sushi is chewy, the pizza is made of poor quality products, the rice was flavorless and waste of money. The best things are the sandwiches because the products they use are of decent quality.Overall I only eat here when I'm desperate. I'm a commuter student, so I have options. Unfortunately my fellow Purchase Panthers do not.
August 27 · Charles JonesNever had a bad sandwich. Had a few bad burgers tho. Otherwise never had a problem with this place.
September 02 · Tyler RobinsonGreat spot. I dined here after the A.C./Sheryls Magnetic Aura/Langhorne Slim/Awkward Thought/Arab On Radar show and thoroughly enjoyed my sandwich.
