★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Too bad they have really good ice cream but the employee that serve us has attitude.Location: It is located along 3rd avenue. The store has few seatings inside.Service: the girl who serve us has a terrible attitude. There was no line and she seems to be in a hurry to take our order. We didn’t even get the chance to really look at the menu because she seems to be irritated. She even told me and my friend “ill take your orders and you guys can pay together”. She didn’t give us a choice. I ordered two scoops in a cup and the two scoops are smallest two scoops I’ve seen in my life. We then went to the cashier and we wanted to pay separately. The cashier asked again the irritated girl if this is separate or together and she said “together”. We said it’s separate then she made face on us. Like annoyed face.Food: Too bad cause their ice creams was delicious and very creamy. The flavors I love was the Earl Grey, Affogato, Pistachio and Cookie dough.Price rating: 10/10. It was expensive to the amount of ice cream she gave me. $9.74 for 2 small scoops of ice cream called “gooder”Definitely will come back to another location and not here!!
July 27 · Mark NowellThe shop offers an interesting selection of ice creams, though a few flavors were sold out during my visit. There are no sorbets available at all. Prices are on the higher side, and unfortunately, the staff didn't come across as very friendly or welcoming. Their bathroom is also out of order.
July 27 · Val SchumanHubby and I stopped in. Had a scoop of Italian pistachio and a scoop of pumpkin cheesecake. The Italian pistachio didn’t do it for me but the pumpkin cheesecake was very good. I’d definitely get that again. 2 cups, 2 scoops each $17
March 04 · Arl PReally just writing a review to extol the virtues of the girl (Goose I think is her name) who worked behind the counter by herself on Saturday 8/30/25 for at least a good 45 minutes through multiple rushes between 4-5pm. In that time, we waited in line, waited for our ice cream, and ate it on site while watching in amazement as she held the store down by herself through dozens of customers with patience and grace. In the first 5-10 minutes after we arrived, there was another employee that huffed his way through the store for about 10 seconds muttering quite audibly about how pissed he was while ignoring his colleague and all the patrons in the store. He grabbed a sleeve of ice cream bowls and disappeared for the remainder of our time in the store. I thought it was so strange that a popular ice cream chain would staff their store with only one capable employee on a busy Saturday afternoon, but I see from other customer photos that there are usually 4-5 employees on hand simultaneously, which makes it even more miraculous that Goose was able to handle it all on her own, in good spirits or at least kindly and patiently, and it seems that all orders were accurate and timely. She’s a retailer employer’s dream. Please give the poor girl a raise, or at least some help so she’s hopefully not having to constantly hold down the whole store by herself.Edited to add that the ice cream is good. Expensive, but definitely good.
September 02 · Ying-Kristine WangDecided to take a walk today to my favorite ice cream shop in the pouring rain to get the best tasting ice cream! I love coming to this location and the service is great every time! Loved how energetic they were despite the rain!
