black and white cookieicing
★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Cakes are average- but the icing on the cake (pun intended) is the rude customer service. The lady on the phone would not let you speak, nor would listen. Cake wasn’t delivered on time and we were blamed for it. If you’re planning an event- order somewhere else, and save your nerves.
September 22 · Dima BuchmanI’ll start with the good, as usual the Hamentash are delicious . But very disappointed with the lemon icing pound cake. The cake is dry and not what you expect from a well executed pound cake. My guess is may not have been freshly made. I also bought a small orange Bundt cake and found the same problem. I suggest they keep an eye on shelf life or rework the recipe
August 22 · Paul SchacherJust as tasty as the location on Madison Ave. Located in The Shops At The Plaza. They actually have a few menu items here that I'm not sure if they have at the Madison Ave location and vice versa. I just ordered a bagel with butter to go with my coffee. I come here a lot so I've had a few different things here. I often have the donuts, which are all delicious. When I'm on Madison Ave, I'm pretty boring, I get the black and white cookie every time. The Shops At The Plaza are awesome, there are tons of amazing food options, something for everyone.
July 22 · Mark PineGood black and white cookie! A little too much on the cake side but still good!
March 21 · Ben MoragSadly disappointed by the employees lack of understanding that without customers this business does not exist. Rude and dismissive, I will not return. The owner needs to teach their employees the importance of their customers to this businesss if it wants to continue being in business. I can bake my own black and whites very well.
