May 09 · Jessie YI arranged for a 6:30pm omakase bar service for the 3 of us. What an absolute treat! The clean & contemporary design of the space is welcoming and comfortable too.We settled in for 15 courses of exemplary bites with Chef Vincent guiding us through each carefully curated piece. We enjoyed sea bream, mackerel, golden eye red snapper, toro (tuna), hamachi (yellowtail), uni, scallop…Each delicately prepared bite was delicious. The service was very attentive without even a hint of being overbearing.Just an outstanding experience all around and a magnificent deal at $89/pp on our visit. The sake selection is not extensive but the options are excellent. I highly recommend a visit.
June 27 · Thomas FallsTHE VALUE! A wonderful assortment for the omakase that is done earnestly and makes it more affordable to all. Definitely make reservations in advanced since seating is limited. The vibe is pretty modern and clean too. I really enjoyed watching the Chefs crafting each roll. It’s definitely a diamond in the rough type of place and really hope them much more success to come!
December 13 · Sky ThaiThis is, without a shadow of a doubt, the most incredible omakase experience in NYC right now. Chef Owen and Dory make you feel so welcomed and provide exemplary hospitality. Each course is so meticulously crafted and tastes phenomenal. The cuts of fish were phenomenal and the wine pairing was exquisite. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough and will absolutely be coming back. Chef Owen is talented, personable, and truly showcases the most incredible array of dishes. Thank you!
August 01 · autumn averyTop-tier flavors across the board. Every piece was thoughtfully crafted and insanely fresh. Atmosphere was perfect for an anniversary dinner: chill, intimate, and classy in a simple way. They brought us a piece of cheesecake after the 15 courses, which was really sweet. Easily one of the best meals I’ve had in my life!
