★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We ordered sandwiches in this cute little shop and they were excellent. We tried the Italian, the Spicy Turkey Melt plus the Ham & Cheese, the bread they use is so good! They also have a lot of food and gift items in their store. I'd love to try more things on their menu in the future. There are a few spots inside to eat, however no public restroom!
August 06 · Linda Franzeni was eating at 3 michelin star restaurants in the south of france 2 weeks ago, yet this surpasses anything that i ate. that buttermilk biscuit bacon egg & cheese with sweet sorghum butter was truly the greatest sandwich to ever enter my mouth. so good i ordered another one after.. if i lived in brooklyn this place could single handedly make me obese and end my career as a model/actor. MERCI
July 05 · Mason MarillWith pain in my heart I’m writing this review…I lived next door for 6 years and have come back a few times since moving, but this week will probably be my last visit. I ordered a cappuccino and I know Campbell is pricey (even by NYC standards), so that’s not the issue. But getting a lukewarm, super milky drink with no latte art, barely any coffee taste, just steamed milk with maybe a whisper of espresso? 😭 It honestly made me sad. I used to see the quality I was paying for, but not anymore. To top it off, the people behind the counter were rude… So yeah, $7 all in for this? No thank you.
June 28 · MaaikeI really love Campbell and Co, especially since it's only a few blocks from my apartment, but the customer service is just not here. The last few times I've stopped in I almost felt bad ordering at the counter, like I was barging into someone's house uninvited. This morning I stopped by to grab some deli and it was understandably busy but the woman working behind the counter was speaking to another guest for almost 10 minutes without acknowledging me. I work in F&B so I think it's worth saying when I do hire for my store I truly hire based on personality. You can teach anyone to make a coffee or slice up some cheese but you can't teach decency. I love this little shop but the vibes are off.
