Customer feedback paints a picture of a busy, efficient operation with friendly staff. One visitor noted the experience was a great find while visiting family, highlighting the pizza and declaring the garlic cheese bread as the "real star of the show" which even earned a "seal of approval" from a discerning companion. However, in the high-volume environment of a New York pizzeria, consistency can occasionally be a challenge. Another customer mentioned that while the service was Fast service even with "a lot of customers," a special request slice, the buffalo chicken pizza, was overloaded with sauce, suggesting that while the kitchen is quick, it’s always best to be clear about customization preferences. Overall, the local reputation is strong, and the spot is rightly popular for Lunch and Dinner, proving its enduring appeal in the community.

The primary reason to choose Capri II is its sheer versatility. You can walk in and grab an inexpensive slice—a staple of NYC life—like the classic Pepperoni Slice or a specialty like the Buffalo Chicken Slice for a satisfying Quick bite. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The counter person was very friendly I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza, they didn’t have any ready so he made one out of a cheese slice he put so much buffalo sauce on it I can barely eat my slice I ended up throwing it away. Their chocolate chip cookies are delicious. The service was fast even though they had a lot of customers
June 01 · Patrice JosephNice spot for a slice. In town visiting family and this was one of the neighboring food locations. It was raining at the time, so I didn't feel like walking around searching too much, so I decided to give this spot a try.Must admit the pizza was pretty good especially after walking back in the rain The garlic cheese bread was the real star of the show and they even got my wife's seal of approval after she had a taste. Overall, there are no complaints and a decent price as well.
October 16 · Jodie BrownThis is my local pizza shop, I love to order from them. The pizza is always hot when it arrives and they have beer. There's nothing like having a cold beer on a hot day with a slice of pizza. The service is nice and friendly. They have other meals that are delicious. It is close by just downstairs from me. Once a month is pizza night. Great community shop.
August 24 · Venehisa AyalaOld school pizza shop. Nothing jazzy about the Decor, but the gentleman who answered the phone was clearly understood and professional. But the lasagna pizza they made for me was CHEF'S KISS I TELL YA!
September 28 · Kae FlowYou have to be kidding me.Someone told me a long time ago not to order from here because the Quality of food has declined in the last 10-15 years. However I was at a friends house who ordered pizza and it was actually really good so I decided today to give them a chance and order some baked ziti. The ordering process was smooth but when I received it it was just pasta with cheese melted on top. Now everyone knows baked ziti has ricotta cheese in it. So I called to double check if this is what I ordered. The guy said that ricotta is an extra $2 but never said that over the phone. Then proceeded to talk down to me and say the reason why he never offered that option is because when he order something he knows what he’s ordering. Is that OK to talk to customers like that? So I asked him to redeliver what I wanted, paid the $2 difference and there’s absolutely no flavor in this pasta.I’m disgusted and will never be ordering from here again.
