Bad food, bad service. Ordered, got the wrong item, they would not give me the correct one claiming what I had was the same as what I ordered, better to never go back. Save yourself the headache and go to any of the other places.

I completely don’t understand the portion size here; it feels like a single flick of the hand could exceed the amount of meat and vegetables in a Big Mac.

For a very long time I been coming here for my Philly cheesestake, and I encountered a few problems, but i chose to give another chance. Just today, I couldn't do it.Once again, my order was not correct .It's early, so it's pretty much empty, and still, they got it wrong. The cashier person took the order correctly and even confirmed when he saw me coming back.I returned my order back to them and just walked away .Thank you for ruining my appetite.

this was my first time trying charley's cheesesteaks. I just got the regular cheesesteak combo with the fries and drink. the sandwich was pretty good, i liked it. the fries were great, big and crispy real potato cuts with the skins still attached which adds even more flavor. the service was not friendly at all, the young girl at the front didn't seem happy to be there. although i enjoyed the food, the price was outrageous. $15.75 was my total for a watered down soda, a small serving of french fries and a medium sized sandwich. i probably wont be back because of the price.

This place has THE WORST customer service. The management and employees do not value their customers. I will NEVER eat here again.
