The most beloved pizza in the city! We come to pick up the pizza ourselves, because one day they didn't deliver it. But the app said that the order was delivered.

I came in was deciding exactly what my order would be. Then I was ready to place my order the person behind the counter started to take my order and stop and took another person's order. I'm fine that this location is highly racist towards black people. When a black customer standing in front of the counter they habitually take forever to acknowledge the black customer but when someone white comes in they jump right on the person to take their order. This has been my experience on three different occasions today being the third occasion.RACIST EMPLOYEES.

One thing that you can always count on Dominos for is their terrible service and rude attitude from miserable employees. Order for pick up and it is not ready in 2 hours. When it is ready, it’s missing stuff. Never do I ever wanna be at a dominos again.

Rude, Aggressive, and Consistently Wrong – Do Not Order from Domino’s Murray HillThis is by far the worst Domino’s location I’ve ever dealt with. We’ve given them multiple chances, and each time the service gets worse.We ordered a vegetarian pizza, and they delivered it with pepperoni. They also forgot our drinks. When we called to complain, they promised to send a corrected order along with garlic twists. We waited over an hour, and when the second delivery came, it was still wrong — wrong toppings again, and they sent cinnamon rolls instead of garlic twists.To make matters worse, the second delivery person became aggressive with us in the lobby. Our doorman had to intervene and push him out because of how confrontational he was. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and unsafe.We tried to call the store again — they completely stopped answering our calls.This isn’t the first time either. Previously, we ordered six pizzas and only received two. The remaining pizzas arrived cold, and again, we were met with rudeness when we followed up.This store is run by incompetent and unprofessional staff who have zero regard for customer service or safety. Mistakes are one thing — but repeated errors, aggressive behavior, and complete silence when asked to fix it is beyond unacceptable.Avoid Domino’s Murray Hill at all costs. You deserve better food and much better treatment.
