Very bad service. The cashier rudely insisted on charging me for an extra cup of ice with my order. Paris Baguette across the street had no issue with giving me a cup of ice. Paris Baguette has better pastries and polite employees! Unlike this Dunkin location.

This used to be a wonderful family run pharmacy. Now it’s a Dunkin’ Donuts: a brand that gives Ben Affleck money, and we all have to watch him on the Super Bowl because of it. Dunkin’ Donuts is a place to grab a terrible cup of coffee cause you’re on the run and don’t have ANY other options. There are so many other options in Williamsburg. Some staffs always stuck and not able to have proficient read in English. Received those lousy coffee. Poor service & follow instructions. Not deaf friendly where they can understand in written at mostDecided to stop going there.

The manager was the one that was taking my order. I asked him not to give me the strawberry frosted sprinkle donut that had a little bit of chocolate on it as I don’t like chocolate that’s the first donut he gave me after I requested not to give it to me. When I notice the donut was not on the tray. I removed the donut out of the bag. I said sir I requested to not get this donut as it has chocolate he said it’s strawberry I said yes but it has a little bit of chocolate. He took the donut and place it back on the tray and I said sir I touch it you might want to throw it out. He ignored me so I repeated myself about 5 times and the worker took it and it threw it in the trash. How is this man a manager? I was so upset and I left. A customer behind me was shaking his head in disbelief.
