This is the WORST store in a 20 mile radius. I've been coming here for years and almost every single time I'm either waiting way too long or my order is messed up somehow. Today I ordered online and went to pick up my order. I first waited for 20 minutes, then went next store and shopped then returned to Dunkin and proceeded to wait 20 more minutes for 1 croissant stuffer, 1 untoasted plain bagel, 1 boston kreme donut and 2 drinks. There were about 12 people standing around waiting for their orders. The older woman making the food just continued to make food not even knowing who it was for, while the other older woman was at the register just adding more confusion instead of letting the other employees catch up. The only one who was competent was a young woman who was scrambling to clean up the other women's mess. Other experiences include when the store's HVAC system had a problem and the inside of the store was over 100 degrees and when I finally tasted my coffee after driving to work, discovering that it tasted like some kind of cleaner. Also any time we go get ice cream, we wait for 10-15 minutes JUST TO ORDER meanwhile the workers just stare at us waiting.... I just cant justify coming here any more. I've lost my final shred of patience for this specific store. I will never go back here.

This is the worst dunkin I have ever been in. And I gave plenty of turns before leaving a review. There has not been one time that this place has not been dirty. And this time we were in there for about 15 minutesand just one other person in there with us. It's absolutely disgusting. The staff is never friendly and seems to be bothered with customers every visit. But to make things worse wMy husband ordered a regular caramel iced coffee and a decaf iced coffee since im pregnant. He asked if one is decaffeinated right. And I saw her hold one and say yes she took.it and she was shaking. I didn't think much of it as they do that for the caramel to spread. Of course I didn't taste it till 8t was too late. She spilled some of the coffee and added water. It literally tastes like nothing with a burnt after taste of regular burnt coffee. Horrific. If you can avoid this place, you'd be doing yourself a favor.

Dirty. One of the worst dunkins i have ever been to. The coffee taste much different from my usual dunkin. No one speaks english there. When I order on mobile it's never ready. That parking lot is just a disaster too. Not my go to dunkin anymore!

Don't really like to leave negative reviews, but I was the only customer in the store and was waiting to be served for about 5-7 minutes. Ordered a poppy seed bagel with cream cheese. The picture tells the rest of the story. The bagel was completely plain, but appeared to have some kind of grease drizzled on it. There was not even a single microscopic atom of cream cheese to be found. I really wouldn't have cared its, just how you get your order drive home and realize that is was wrong is pretty annoying. From now on, I shall be dining at finer establishments, such as 711. My faith in Dunkin''s bagels has been ruptured.

Update again: Absolutely terrible people behind the counters - seriously, is there no training being done? Zero customer service skills. Ducking awful.Update: came in for the first time in years, and was immediately reminded of why I stopped coming to this location. Dirty, rude, and served a contaminated product (chunks of plastic in my drink).I don't understand how they get it so wrong and so slow seemingly all the time. They've recently become far more rude as well. Dunkin needs to send someone in to this franchise and retrain on everything.
