First and last time going to this Dunkin. I was really craving a bagel with cream cheese and an iced coffee…yeah bad decision. Bagel tasted so burnt, couldn’t even finish it and the iced coffee tasted so bitter…even though it was a caramel iced coffee. Do not recommend.

Absolutely one of the worst Dunkin Donuts experiences I have ever had. Ordered a mobile order at 1:14 PM on a Monday through the app, and go to the store and the doors are locked. There are no signs or notes on the door, and I can clearly see over 10 employees in the establishment. Me and several people begin to knock on the door for them to let us in or at least talk to us so we can get our mobile orders and/or an explanation. Instead, who I assume was the manager simply waves at us to leave and come back tomorrow. It wasn't until the group waiting grew in size and started knocking repeatedly that they decided to address us as customers and patrons and not zoo animals meant to be stared at. Apparently they were doing a "cleaning" and were closed for the next hour. Never heard of a Dunkin Donuts being closed in the middle of the day, none of the donuts were covered as they were spraying chemical products, cleaning, & sweeping, as well as there was no notice of this on the app. The experience was dehumanizing, rude, callous, and the epitome of unprofessional. Even trying to request a refund through the app, requires you to wait up to 2 days just to talk to a real person. Horrendous all around, will never go back and not going to a Dunkin donuts for the Forseeable future

DONT GO HERE!! Told the woman my order was incorrect and i needed to return and do the order over. The guy at the counter was willing to help and she deliberately put her hand on his arm to stop him. Then told him “thats your problem, not ours”.We have to stop pouring money into businesses of people that cant even give us common courtesy and respect. Never coming here again and i will sugggest others dont as well

This Dunkin by Gun Hill and Bartow Ave., Bronx, NY. The problem with these Dunkin Donuts the person who was serving the food opened a box with her gloves on then ready to handle the food with the same gloves, I screamed out u cannot do that so she changed her gloves.The Dunkin at Corner Street and Boston Rd, Bronx, NY the guy who was handling the food kept pulling up his pants 👖 😳 with the said gloves then touch the food. I screamed out you r not doing my food today, touching the food then yr pants then the food when you should have put a belt in yr pants. Very unhygienic. These people need to be retrained. That is why I am going in now than drive thru.
