Glace Rockefeller Center Reviews
Craving for something sweet? Oh this one really made it.The sound of hot chocolate or even cold chocolate with ice cream sounded so good during the day and Glacé had pop up cart at Rockefeller, so we were able to try it. Line was pretty quick and worth the try! Might be on the pricier side but if you are one of those people like me who loves sweets, or rather has a sweet tooth, then this spot should get your cravings satisfied. My husband got the iced chocolate with salted caramel ice cream and it was too sweet for my tasting. I had caramel popcorn sundae, oh so goooood! It was sweet what to expect but the satisfaction was too good! Worth the hype.
May 27 · Bleesy DyThe excitement surrounding this place seems a bit overblown. The star of the menu is undoubtedly the ice cream, but I found the chocolate and marshmallow options to be excessively sweet, which might be overwhelming for those who prefer a more balanced flavor. If you find yourself at Glace, I highly recommend trying their brown butter vanilla soft serve; it's a delightful treat that stands out from the rest. However, be cautious if you have food allergies, as the staff appears to lack sufficient knowledge about allergen information, which could pose some risks. Additionally, the wait times can be quite long since there’s typically only one or two employees serving customers, leading to a backlog of eager patrons. Overall, my experience was just mediocre.
April 21 · Luana PaivaThis is a must visit when you are in Rockefeller centre area. Honestly the best artisanal ice cram .. it’s not sweet and it’s very very flavorful .I recommend the s’mores sundae it’s sooo soo good and buttery vanilla soft serve with hot fudge it’s the ooey gooey heaven.
August 15 · Deepty Murthy (13)I must admit, although their desserts are far too sweet for my usual taste, there’s a certain charm about Glace that keeps drawing me back. I’ve visited the Upper East Side branch four times already, and today, I decided to try the Rockefeller location. To my surprise, the menu here differed from the Upper East Side branch, and in the absence of my favourites—Tiramisu, Classic, and White Chocolate Brûlée—I opted for the Salted Caramel. Oh my—undeniably the sweetest one yet.I had rather hoped for the White Chocolate Brûlée, which is a personal favourite. It was quite disappointing to see Tiramisu missing as well. If I may add, the Tiramisu doesn’t particularly taste like Tiramisu—it leans more towards a coffee or dark chocolate flavour. For those with a sweet tooth, I would certainly recommend the Caramel and the Brûlée. Still, one can’t help but wish Glace would eventually open a branch in London. What a delight that would be.
April 14 · Louise Louisewithout a doubt the most Instagrammable coffee in NY, but it's not that tasty. The line is quite long, the prices are ok, but I don't know if I would buy it again.
