★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My family recently went to Grabsteins for bagels in a Saturday morning. Midway through her sandwich, my sister found a long black hair baked directly into the bagel (it was implanted into the bagel itself). Suffice to say, we’ll never come again.
May 21 · Nathaniel LeePrevious reviews have said it – – here’s another one to confirm. Is a decent bagel worth terribly rude service? No, never. And especially not when all you’ve done is walk in the door, ask a simple question, and order.A guy who was working there once is nice. But the short woman is just miserable—Not just rude, but really just contentious and venomous. No one should be barked at just for going into a store. No one should be barked at as a human being—period.I’m not sure how they’re staying in business like this.
August 30 · Jill HerbersI wish I could give negative stars for this experience. The staff who handed me my bagels rudely suggested I should tip more and even told me what the “minimum tip” in the area is. This is a self-service bagel place, and tips are meant for genuine service, not just taking payment. The owner should really look into this, because rude behavior and zero service do not belong in the restaurant business, where service is everything.
September 04 · Harshal PopatI just went here i ordered a bacon and egg and not only once but twice i was given a bacon egg and cheese. I am lactose intolerant and made that clear. When the first one came out i regretfully asked for it to be remade and they then brought out another bacon egg and cheese. I left with the bacon egg and cheese because i couldn’t deal with the staff. The guy at the front was very nice it wasn’t his fault it was the short lady in the back. The food is also cross contaminated as they use the same knife to cut every bagel even with an allergy noted. Worst bagel experience ever, don’t waste your time.
August 20 · Jessica UChill and casual bagel spot. The bagels are pretty darn good. The breakfast bagels are spot on. And when toasted - honestly amazing. The sausage egg and cheese is my personal fav. I love how they have vegan options. It's quite pricy but it is good. They give a decent portion and filling. The wait took a little bit longer than a smear, so just take note. There isn't any real seating in the restaurant since it's quite small too.
October 27 · Lucy LiuAmazing cozy spot to get your morning fuel! Staff is super friendly, vibes are relaxed and welcoming, and the bagel was delicious! Only thing that would make it even better is inside seating!
