Nice Italian restaurant. We had veg pizza and tiramisu. Taste was good. Served in nice plate. Service was also good.The only complain that their AC was not working.

Nice Italian spot with a cozy vibe and beautiful plating. The pizzas look great and the ambiance is inviting. However, the taste was just okay and definitely not worth the price. Good for a one-time experience, but I wouldn’t go back just for the food.

We were passing by the Trattoria, the Menu sounded interesting, but it turns out we lived a bittersweet experience, to start we ordered 2 pastas (not the traditional ones), we wanted something new, then there weren't many customers, and it took about 20 minutes for 2 vegetable pastas, I am a Chef and I understand that a pasta would be ready in 10 to 12 minutes or less maximum (of course, depending on if it has protein), in this case they were vegetables, at the moment they were ready I went to get the order and the COLD pastas!! and they just give them to you and don't tell you which is which, you have to guess based on what you see, I couldn't believe it! , we waited so long for little! , ... they also show you smoothie options and there was nothing, in the middle of summer. Only bottled drinks !! ugh ... The waitress was not at all attentive, I repeat there were no customers, then. , my rating 4 out of 10

Great atmosphere, delish food. They’ll seat you , bring you a menu, order at the counter and they bring you your food. First time here and I loved it !

Arrived in NY from a train ride from Baltimore BWI. We were looking for a spot to eat. Walked past IT and had to go back past to take another look. We quickly decided this is where we would eat lunch. They were just changing over from breakfast to lunch. I had a turkey and provolone sandwich on cibata bread. My daughter had pizza, she was not a fan of the cheese and requested a croissant which she enjoyed. My husband had lazagna. The staff were great, friendly and answered all of our questions with a smile. The location was close to times square. Would definitely stop in again when back in The Big Apple.
