Located on the second floor of the renowned Eataly marketplace, Manzo is more than just a restaurant; it is a refined establishment that specializes in the art of butchery and traditional Italian cuisine. The name "Manzo," which means "beef" in Italian, is a nod to its focus on high-quality grilled meats, but the menu extends far beyond, offering a rich variety of antipasti, handmade pastas, and an impressive selection of cured meats and cheeses. This is a place where every dish tells a story of tradition, quality ingredients, and expert preparation.

As a reviewer noted, the restaurant is relatively quiet, with low noise levels even during a busy weekday lunch, which makes it ideal for a business meeting or a lunch with colleagues where conversation is a priority. The service, while described by some as a bit slow on a busy day, is generally noted for being attentive and knowledgeable, especially when it comes to the extensive wine list. The combination of a comfortable atmosphere, delicious food, and a fantastic wine list creates a dining experience that is both memorable and deeply satisfying.
Manzo is a place that understands the importance of the details. From the complimentary chef's offering of fresh mozzarella to the perfectly grilled asparagus and the carefully curated prosciutto selections, every element of the meal is designed to delight the senses. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The food was great and the service decent. I had the 20oz aged ribeye and although it was very good it didn't leave me with any feeling that the cost made it much if any better from a nice non-aged ribeye somewhere else. The potatoes were crunchy and tasty although possibly on the salty side. One thing that I would go back for was a ball of mozzarella (or similar) cheese with olive oil, salt and pepper that was provided compliments of the chef. I'm not even sure if its on the menu, but if it's not it should be.
August 29 · Tony PWent here for lunch with a few work colleagues and we were seated right away at 12:30 pm on a weekday. The place was relatively busy a noise levels were quite low.It was the 4 of us, and I ordered the Insalata Mista ($19) with Shredded Rotisserie Cascun Farms Chicken (+$8). I think $27 for a salad is quite steep, so be prepared to pay more! Our food took a very long time to arrive and we waited close to 40 minutes for our food to arrive. Service was okay too, and our table wasn't attended for 10 minutes after we sat down, so yes, it was a very long lunch!2 stars just for the salad which was really good!
March 09 · Ameya BhakayDelicious truffle cheese and scrumptious rib eye. Bread is a bit dry and balsamic vinegar wasn't served with it. Mains were delicious though. Yum!
January 02 · Adrian RabeHad their Pappardelle al Ragu di Manzo and it was delicious and filling! I like their bread’s crispy edges too.
April 28 · Judy ChenGreat place for lunch with fresh pasta and good wine. Best place for truffle lovers! The menu has a large selection of items, so there is something for everyone. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful. We told him we had a limited amount of time, and he made sure we were able to keep our schedule.
