Late night staff is there to laugh and play and not actually work. Waited 45 minutes for an order I placed on the app for pickup, so really took an hour. Rather than say they were missing an item, they made me wait and whenever I’d inquire about the order they made jokes within themselves. I even got the notification on the app that my order was ready for pickup and nothing. The experience was awkward and at that point, if there’s tension between you and the people handling your food, why would I wait even longer and risk the kids playing in my food.I left…

It is one of the worst run McDonald's I've been to they allow pan handlers at the door they take up seats with their bags and the staff says nothing in the night the place is dirty never clean they are in the back talking instead of working and getting the food to the customers but the manager allows this to happen they even let teenagers who purchase nothing sit upstairs and make noise and destroy the seating areas.
