★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Griselda was my server and she was amazing! I love the recommendation for my lasagna with the chili oil.I wanted to try a cocktail but I felt the menu was all over the place, would love to see signature drinks or seasonal drinks. Cozy spot a little warm today but cooled off after sitting a while
September 15 · Kyree RA Taste of Italy in Every BiteI recently had the pleasure of dining at MERCATO, and I have to say—it was a delightful experience from start to finish. One standout on the menu was their Caprese salad, which was nothing short of perfection. The presentation was elegant yet rustic, with vibrant slices of heirloom tomatoes layered between thick cuts of creamy fresh mozzarella. The dish was beautifully finished with a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, a touch of balsamic reduction, and fresh basil leaves that added the perfect aromatic balance. To elevate the experience, I ordered a side of prosciutto—thin, delicate slices of cured ham that paired perfectly with the creamy mozzarella and sweet tomatoes. The saltiness of the prosciutto balanced beautifully with the freshness of the salad, making each bite more indulgent and satisfying. To accompany the meal, I had a cold Forst beer, which was crisp, refreshing, and the ideal complement to the dish. The light bitterness of the beer cut through the richness of the mozzarella and prosciutto, creating a well-rounded and satisfying pairing. If you’re looking for an authentic, flavorful, and refreshing meal, I highly recommend trying the Caprese salad with prosciutto and a Forst beer at MERCATO. It’s a simple combination, but when done with quality ingredients and care—as they do here—it truly feels like a short trip to Italy.
July 24 · Yamila VianaWe had a delightful evening at this charming spot! Our table of four thoroughly enjoyed our appetizers, with the prosciutto and melon standing out as a highlight. The octopus was tasty, though slightly overcooked to my liking - a minor quibble. The homemade pasta dishes were fabulous, especially the truffle special, which stole the show. Service was top-notch, thanks to our server, who was one of the friendliest people I've met in the industry. I highly recommend this place - we'll be back!
July 01 · Vickie ClaytonI love this restaurant: food is super delicious and the portions are generous. I have come here for years. The service has been always good except for today May 15, 2025. We were assigned a table and the menu was handed to us. We were ready to order and ask the food runner if we can order our food; the young guy told us that the waiter was in the restroom so we waited for around 15 minutes. Finally she came and didn’t apologize. Anyway we ordered pasta and fish. After we finished eating we paid and leave her a note saying it was only 10% for the delay. We left the restaurant and she came after us screaming and insulting us. I would like to advice management or owners to select your staff carefully because it’s not fear that an amazing place like this have this kind of employees.
May 15 · JESUS PENAAte here on our trip to New York a few years ago. The food was delicious and very authentic. It was a small venue but I honestly enjoyed that more. It had more of a cosy feeling. The staff were great and attentive, well worth the trip if you're going to New York soon.
