Miznon is an exceptional choice for anyone in New York seeking a fresh and exciting culinary experience. The food is the star of the show, with a focus on simple, powerful flavors. The Rib Eye Minute Steak is a must-try for meat lovers, thinly sliced and seared to perfection. Another highlight is the Rotisserie Broken Chicken, which is incredibly tender and flavorful. For a unique burger experience, the Folded Cheese Burger in a pita is a fan favorite that you won't find anywhere else.
But Miznon's genius truly shines in its vegetable dishes. The Original World Famous Baby Cauliflower is legendary—a whole head of cauliflower roasted until tender and smoky, a dish that has garnered a cult following. The Batata (Baked Sweet Potato) with sour cream is a simple yet perfect side, while the Bag of Green Beans, dressed with olive oil, lemon, and salt, is surprisingly addictive. The Ratatouille Plate, with its tomato-perfumed eggplant and tahini, is a delicious vegetarian option.
Beyond the incredible food, what makes Miznon worth choosing is its vibrant and inclusive energy. It's a place where you can feel the passion for food in every interaction. The music, the casual decor, and the friendly staff all contribute to an experience that feels both authentic and fun. The restaurant’s mission to take high-quality ingredients and make them accessible to everyone is a powerful one. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This restaurant is AMAZING! Food is delicious , price are really affordable for NYC. Service is GREAT. The music and the atmosphere are fire and contrary to what some comments are saying the restaurant is super clean. I wonder if those negative comments are fake and politically motivated…
September 06 · Victoria GeorgesI feel like this place would thrive with better staffing, food & ownership. Sorry but the other Miznon in Manhattan is way better in my experience, this one lacks.. how do I say, jenesequa! Let’s take a deeper dive into this establishment, the food.. very mid for their pricing, which is weird because the food in the other restaurant is actually edible. The staffing, the waitress I think her name was Donique? Was super unprofessional, she kept trying to hold her composure while taking our order, maybe she was high who knows, I simply have no good words for this place. Good luck to the current owners.
July 12 · PrincessHorrible horrible HORRIBLEEEEE customer service from the supervisor named "Downique". She/They? Were so rude and was treating the other staff horribly. The food is not good either, and the dishes were dirty. I saw little black pieces of dirt floating in my cup. Not a good experience at all.
July 12 · Langston RiversDishes were dirty and whoever Donique is should NOT be in food service. She is so rude and her energy is incredibly off. Crazy she has a job like this.
July 12 · J.R. LittleWhat happened to Miznon? I'm a long time fan and have eaten at several locations in NY and one in Paris. My most recent order was shockingly disappointing. The green beans are completely soggy, like I cannot believe this was allowed to leave the kitchen. The pitas suddenly got smaller and were soggy as well. These are items I've had several times but the most recent was different, enough so that I won't be ordering again.
