The food was ok. The Mongolian beef was good. The ribs were off. I can’t explain how just didn’t taste the same. The fried rice tasted bland. Our service was good just that the food has changed its flavor. I hope whatever it was it was a fluke.

The place is quite, excellent for families to get an early dinner during the week.My only take back was about the level of cleanliness. The lazy susan on the round table was really sticky and the ladies restrooms needed more attention.We are family of 5, we ordered the 3-course dinner meal.It costs 19.99/person and includes your choice of soup or salad for each person, an appetizer for every 2 ppls, and a main entree for each person.The food was excellent and we all enjoyed our courses.Complementary water and fortune cookies.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟We recently hosted a party of 50 people at PF Chang’s in West New York on a Sunday, and everything exceeded our expectations! I worked directly with the restaurant manager, Felix, who was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire planning process. I called about 5 days in advance to go over the menu, and Felix suggested the best options that worked perfectly for our group.On the day of the event, everything was exactly as promised. The waitstaff was amazing—they worked non-stop to make sure our guests were taken care of. The food was delicious and served generously; everyone was full and happy!If you’re looking for a reliable place to host a large group and want peace of mind knowing your party will be well taken care of, I highly recommend PF Chang’s Edgewater and especially working with Felix. Thank you for making our event a great experience!

Sheri made our Mothers Day special. She went above and beyond for us. We also got to see her cute Doggy named Cash. What a great experience. I will definitely call ahead to request her from now on. I'm so pleased with the whole experience. And the baby LOVED IT!

I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent experience ordering from your restaurant. Unfortunately, this marks the third consecutive time the quality of the food has been below expectations. On this occasion, not only was one of my main dishes incorrect, but the kids’ meal was also completely wrong.What made the experience significantly worse was the response I received when I called the branch to raise the issue. The person who answered, Tatiana, was extremely unprofessional. Rather than allowing me to calmly explain the situation, she immediately became aggressive, raised her voice, and repeatedly shouted over me. Her behavior was shocking and completely unacceptable for someone in a customer service role.After several minutes of trying to reason with her, I had no choice but to end the call. It was clear that she was not interested in helping resolve the issue and was instead intent on escalating the situation, a such angry person should not be allow to work in customer service.This experience has left me extremely disappointed—not just with the repeated food issues, but especially with the unacceptable customer service. Regrettably, I will not be ordering from P.F. Chang’s again due to this encounter and I do hope the call was recorded so the general manager of the store can listen to the angry behavior of Tattiana.
