PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. I am pleading with you to do not buy any pizza, or cookies from this location at 117 North Main Street, Port Chester, New York 10573. I bought 4 pizzas, & 1 cookie from this location at the end of February 2024. As you can see in my photos -- these pizzas were made awfully (in my opinion). What happened? I ate the cookie first. I got very sick from eating their cookie (food poisoning). I complained to them about my cookie, & pizzas. I asked them kindly to remake my pizzas. They refused to remake my pizzas. Soon after, I called into the Papa John's National Customer Service headquarters. The store's owner (who's name is: Muhammad) -- soon after lied to their Papa John's National Customer Service headquarters -- that his night staff threw me out of the store as soon as I arrived into the store. If that was true -- how did I spend ~15 minutes in their store (folding my folding bike; picking up my order; condensing my food containers / (my order) -- (I asked for a medium pizza box, pack my 1 large pizza pie into a new medium box, packed my full order into my bag, asked for napkins, gave my large pizza box back to them, wiped-off the crumbs that I might've put on their closest table to their counter); & then unfold my folding bike. If they truly threw me out immediately -- how did I pickup my order? It was all lies -- that Mohammed told his Papa John's National Customer Service headquarters' offices -- to just try to save a handful of dollars. In my opinion, the franchisee owner (Muhammad) of this Papa John's franchise location clearly does not care about his customers. He would rather save a penny than to make it right with his customers. Muhammad clearly does not care, nor does he seem to understand that providing good customer service to his customers truly matters. I too am a small retail business owner; & I clearly know that giving my customers good customer service is really important. Treat your customers -- how you would like to be treated (as well). Please look at my photos that are attached. In the end, I took a few bites into 1 of my pies. It tasted awful. So, I just threw all my pizza pies away.Later on, I had a planned meeting at this store with the store's owner. I ended up not meeting the owner (in person). I ended up speaking to the store's manager in person because the owner wasn't there. The store manager (who name is: Abed) lied to my face, & told me that I only used Papa John's Dough reward points to pay for this entire order. So, if this was true -- why did I use a credit card to pay for my order.This order was a complete waste my money, time, & energy.As long as this franchise is owned by Mohammed; & run by Abed -- it will be an awful store.Please trust me (once again) -- I am pleading with you -- do not buy any cookies, & pizza from this Papa John's location. Please buy your pizza from somewhere else. If you buy your pizza from here -- you will be wasting your money.To be continued....I will continue to update this review every now, & then (when I get chances to do so),....Today (right now): is -- Thursday, July 15, 2024 at 9:48 AM (EST).

Ordered a pizza at 12:30 am and got a message 45 minutes later that it was delivered. They did not deliver. After calling the store multiple times and no pick ups, we finally get someone and they say “wait 5 minutes for the driver”. We were waiting for 20 minutes and then we decided to drive to the store (now it’s 1:30 am). Halfway there they call us and say he was outside our address. I then explained how NOBODY picked up the phone and we had no update so we were going to the store ourselves. The driver met us at the store and delivered our pizza. Not only was there NO communication, but they even made the pizza wrong. And instead of apologizing, we were several times “not to order late again”. Maybe update your hours if you CANNOT handle an order at 12:30 am. It’s not my fault. Do your job.

I ordered tonight through door dash and the guy was on a bicycle and couldn’t get to where I was. I gave him the address to the weigh station on the interstate and he went to a neighborhood and said he was here. I lost $22 and the manager didn’t really speak English at Papa John’s. I would like to be compensated for not receiving my food.

Order a pizza and some other stuff. They delivered it somewhere and else and refused to accept responsibility. Didn't want to resend the food or issue a refund.

I ordered one large pizza at 7:50pm and it arrived at 9:30 pm. During the time frame I called the store and the man said to give the driver 5 minutes. 15 minutes later the man at the store said another 5 minutes. After that phone call, the store no longer picked up which caused me to go in person at the store to try to cancel my order. The man at the store said he cancelled it and it would take up an hour for the money to be refunded. I asked him for a receipt and he said “for what?” Fast forward when I was at Walgreens, I get a phone call from the driver saying the order was at my house. I told him I cancelled it and to bring it back to the store and he refused. He left it in the hallway. At this point the pizza was cold. I had to go back into Papa John’s telling them to call their driver because he’s outside my house and I cancelled the order. I’m waiting for my refund. The OTHER individual said I wasn’t going to get my money back….I put a claim with my bank. Ridiculous
