Juices = amazing. Staff energy = not so much. Came in with a multi-part order (thanks to ClassPass being weird), and the employee literally walked away from me mid-sentence… multiple times. Didn’t try to clarify, didn’t acknowledge me, just left me standing there confused like I was the issue. Even after I apologized for a mistake on my end, there was still zero warmth or effort to communicate. I get that everyone has off days, but spending $100+ and being treated like I’m a bother? Not the vibe. Will be ordering from a different location next time.

I've been getting Pressed juices since 2016 and I'm sad about the logo and font change as I really loved the old look... nevertheless you still get great cold-pressed juices at great prices, especially if you're a rewards member. I recently went back to the office and I'm thrilled that our new office location is 2 blocks from the Lexington Ave shop. Now I'll be able to get these whenever I want- personally this is the highlight of going back to the office for me.The staff here is super friendly! :)Try a cleanse on a weekend, I highly recommend!

Conveniently priced, staff is welcoming and always willing to give suggestions. They definitely have steered me in the right direction for getting some good products. I recommend if you get the products, just subscribe to being a VIP member. As a mobile notary and wedding officiant, this has been helpful since my job is always on the go.

The drinks were pretty good but extremely overpriced. The only person working there was super unfriendly even though there was no line and I was the only customer. He didn’t help me at all, and even answered my questions with annoyance in his voice. I only recommend stopping here if you’re on the go and know what you want/need.
