★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1A pathetic excuse for a dining experience. Firstly, we ordered using their QR code system which was pretty slick actually. The food came in plastic boxes with plastic utensils. The shrimp tacos in corn tortillas fell apart before you could pick them up because they were soggy. Same for the pulled pork. The burrito was ordered with guacamole and avocado as an additional side. No avocado added so basically paid for nothing. Total bill for this road side meal $108.00Find somewhere else to eat.
August 11 · Tyler DurdenOn 9/22-2025 about 7.30 pm before boarding my flight I decided to stop at this restaurant to have dinner, after sitting a male staff said i should scan the barcode to place my order, I tryed several times Another patron told me I can scan hers it just wasn’t working for me .i went back to the front and told a staff, while she’s tell me to turn on my WiFi and connect to airport WiFi anther worker from the back ask where is she sitting the staff didn’t answer I’m following her steps I said she’s helping me to login . After trying and it still didn’t work the worker when to the same worker to take my order I watch this employee in real time said no she’s not serving me . The lady told me to speak to another staff who ask who the person was and he could care less allowing me to walk away . I was leaving and gave her the middle finger when an airport employee saw and asked what happened I explained I said I’ll go to the restaurant lower down he said go and make a complain … ask for the manager the same gentleman gave some fake information and only then he offered to fix the problem and became worried if I made a complaint it will reflect badly on him . When it’s not your business place some staff careless. Every patriot that stop at your business should be treated with respect and professional Customer Service not just by race. your company has invested a great deal into his or her business to ensure profitability return.as another business owner Payroll it’s cheap yet employees don’t care. I when to a restaurant lower down I had a way better experience great customer service and the staff are very professional , helpful and friendly. Because I didn’t trust is information i took her photo. ….Suggestion The first point of entry should be friendly she wasn’t rude but wasn’t welcoming. Your business needs an undercover visit to observe your staff add training our changes . You can have reoccurring customers who travels quite frequently if your service was friendly professional I don’t know about the food . I pike your establishment because of the desert . Lower down didn’t serve dessert.
September 23 · NyaWhen I needed a “less” noisy place to eat at JFK during a layover, this Mexican joint seemed like the only respite. Terminal 5 is a high decibel cacophony for some reason, and I had to truck down towards gates 512 through 516 to find some peace. That said, there’s nothing revolutionary about Revolución. Por que? The pork tacos. They’re exactly what you might expect from airport fare: wooden, uninspired, and lacking in the spice department. But the pathetic scoop of undercooked yellow rice and cold black bean paste? Que lástima mi amigo. The place has a nice atmosphere, so I was hoping the food might live up to the decor.Look, it’s the aeropuerto, so beggars can’t be choosers. Everything’s bad, so you look for the least bad option. On a positive note, the draft beer selections were decent and ethnically appropriate - vis a vis the Modelo Pilsner, which is a bit of an enigma in the wild. And the service was quite accommodating, brining me water right away (you order via QR code at your table). The best part? The place was chill, mostly empty, and a little darker than the bright fluorescent hallways. When you have a layover from Europe, it’s a small grace in the minefield of horrors that is the airport. And I could actually hear myself think. So… proceed with caution. Enjoy a drink at the bar. Then pray su avión is on time. Via con dios, my darlings.
May 16 · Matthew GarrepyI recently dined at this establishment during my 4hr layover. I have been a longtime buffalo wing enjoyer, you can bet that I will always make them my order if offered where I'm eating. I cannot stress this enough, these were the best buffalo wings i've ever had the blessing to taste. Perfectly crispy, saucy, spicy, and juicy. If it weren't for the fact that it was nearly time for me to board, I would have easily had 3 more orders. I considered running back from my gate to ask what sauce they used. Truly spectacular and memorable. I used to hate JFK if i'm honest, but after this, I PRAY I get another layover there again 🙏🙏🙏
July 27 · Isa de MicheleHorrible experience, I’ve never had horrible “Mexican” food like this! As you can see in the picture, the cheese of the nachos is the gross plastic type and it wasn’t even warm. And everything in their menu is expensive! Unreal, please avoid at all cost.
