You pay more, but you get more. The burgers are really good, fries and shakes as well. They try to have good customer service.Unfortunately this location had messy floors and a dirty bathroom, as well as just an unkempt appearance other than the kitchen. Also forgot to pack the ketchup, utensils, etc., even though it was part of the mobile order

Gosh I frequent this location a lot since it's on my commute. I don't know why but their fries are terrible half the time. I actually contacted corporate a few years back about the QC at this location. I love shake shack and almost all NYC locations are spot on. But this CT spot really needs to get it together. Wishing for hotter crispier fries for all.

Order online , ordered chicken sandwich no flavor but Burnt taste , seems like it was cooked in old Grease and make sure your check your bag to make sure all your food is there was missing fries food sucked so bad didn't have the energy to go back

First time trying Shake Shack, and wow, was it delicious! I ordered a cheeseburger with fries and a side of cheese sauce. The burger was perfect. One of the best burgers I've ever had. I am not really a burger gal, lol, but if I ever am in the mood for one, I will definitely return!

Ordered the delivery. Both the burger and fries are cold when I received so wouldn’t taste as good as dine in. You can opt for lettuce wrap to make it healthier. Beef patty feels very authentic but not very juicy. You can also choose to avoid salt, cheese, etc. The fries are delicious with the sauce. Nothing fancy about this burger...

Nice clean place. Food was good, I really liked their chicken sandwich., they add a delicious herb mayo. The chocolate shake is really thick & it's got custard in it, yummy. 😋 only downside is they don't sell combos. Staff is friendly, good experience. ☺
