My review today versus last year are very different. Last year, I would've given them 1 star for the 2 times they got the order incorrect and I was running to catch a train. Today, although they got the order incorrect again (common theme here), I had a few minutes before my train. I decided to check the receipt and the bag (they didn't give me a receipt upon ordering). 2 double burgers to-go was my order today. I received 1 single burger in the bag (that's it), although the receipt said 1 double burger and 1 single burger. They not only got the order wrong, they packed it incorrectly. I mentioned it to the manager and she quickly fixed it today (she did whisper to the cashier that she keeps making the same mistake today thinking that a smoke shack burger is default a double, although it's not).Overall, 3-4 stars averaging out. The food is always delicious, always comes out fresh and hot. The location is relatively clean. The service is ok. When the manager knows about the problems, she fixes them. The cashier's need re-training.

A little confused with the ordering kiosk but with alittle assistance from staff - no problems. Loved that LIRR schedule and trains track locator are within easy eyesight in the dining area.

Chicken is too real, although I did had to spit nerve or cartilage 3 times in one chicken sandwich, and could have a been a bit juicier, amazing dressing. Cheeseburger was great. Not the best for the price point, but reliable, great lunch.
