The Golden Toast is a fan favorite, a warm, buttery brioche toast served with rich toppings and ice cream. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1A dessert lover’s paradise! The collection of desserts is incredible, and everything tastes as good as it looks. It’s the perfect place to fix your sweet tooth cravings. Just a heads-up—weekends can get crowded and the space is limited, so be prepared to wait. Still, the flavors make it worth every minute!
August 15 · chintan anjariaSpot Dessert on St. Marks has been a neighborhood favorite for awhile. I love this place and stop by whenever I’m in the area. Two favorites are the Harvest and the Golden Toast. On this trip it was the Harvest, with its chiffon cake, strawberries whipped crream, and Oreo crumbs. It’s served with some milk tea, which you pour over it, and some raspberry sorbet. This is dessert heaven! The combo of flavors is delicious. One thing I like about that particular dish, is that it’s not too heavy. The quantity is perfect without weighing you down. Even though I have this dish most of the time, I can say that every dish I’ve had here has been great. I love their non-dairy ice cream options like their raspberry and mango, and of course the previously mentioned Golden Toast. The staff is fantastic, the atmosphere cool, and the prices are reasonable. Recommended!
June 13 · Michael PantonVery good dessert spot! I ordered the Golden Toast, Sweet Beani, Hey Jasmine, Peachy Summer, and the Cookie Camp. Each item had such strong, unique flavors that truly matched their descriptions. The service was great, and the vibe was fun, modern, and comforting. I highly recommend it!
July 23 · Lindsay TaylorWe tried 7 things on the menu so feel like we got a good spin… love the concept, love the ideas… the actual dessert I just didn’t think was good. The seasonal menu was 2/3 massive flop. Bingsu tasted like dole’s fruit cups on ice. Which is like whatever, but not worth $18. The peach cake with sesame ice cream tasted like absolutely nothing. I think I’ve never had a worse black sesame ice cream? The only good thing was the jasmine pan cotta, but even that I thought was too subdued. The golden toast felt like nothing special except that it will take a year off your life in sweetness overload? The harvest was OK but strawberry tasted artificial. Matcha lava cake was fine, matcha ice cream was good, chocolate lava cake tasted like fake / low quality chocolate IMO.Best dish was the cookie one, which is not even in the bundles. It’s $$ on its own, and small. Value for money was not there for me.Fun group activity, I won’t be back though given I tried 60+% of the menu and it had a 90%+ failure rate for me. 7 desserts for 7 people, $20 / pp incl tip.
September 13 · Isabella GrandicThis tiny, charming spot is tucked away under a staircase-so discreet that you might walk right past it if you don't catch the sign below. It's definitely a hidden gem, and the cozy, whimsical vibe immediately caught my attention. They offer an impressive variety of creative desserts and drinks, which honestly felt a bit overwhelming at first. I ended up going with one of their bestsellers, the Harvest, along with a Thai tea float. The Harvest was beautifully presented in a small flowerpot, layered with cheesecake and served with a tiny watering can filled with tea to pour over it-a super creative and Instagram-worthy concept.Taste-wise, the Harvest was pleasant but not particularly standout. The texture leaned a bit too mushy once everything was mixed, which took away from the individual layers. On the other hand, the Thai tea float was refreshing and enjoyable.Service was warm and friendly, and despite the small size of the shop, it felt thoughtfully designed and clean. Overall, it’s a lovely little dessert spot with a playful twist. I’ll definitely be back to try more of their unique offerings.
