Place is clean, but food is expensive. Paid $8.44 for breakfast, and I could get cheaper breakfast from deli. Computer is always slow. I had to wait 5-7 minutes for my order, even though I placed it online.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this location, which I have visited several times over the past year and previously enjoyed. Unfortunately, my latest visit was marred by poor service.Upon entering the shop, I noticed the menu screens were not working. After checking the printed menu and not finding what I wanted, I waited for the staff to finish using their phone. When I asked if they had buffalo chicken, the employee responded curtly with a simple "yes" and then asked about the type of bread. I didn't think much of it and continued with my order.However, things took a turn for the worse when my sandwich was being toasted. I asked if they had more spinach, and the employee looked at me strangely and mumbled something. I asked him to repeat himself, and after communicating with another associate in a different language, he went to get the spinach. When he returned, he seemed frustrated for no apparent reason.I found this behavior unacceptable, as there's no excuse for bringing an attitude to work, especially in customer service. I proceeded to pay and was handed my receipt. Once I got home and sat down to eat, I discovered that my sandwich was sour, which was very disappointing.I love the brand, but this branch clearly needs improvement. Unless I see a change in staff, I don't plan on returning to this location. If I have to interact with this particular staff member again, I will choose not to order from them.

I've been ordering from this Subways since they reopened after covid19. Up until recently, I loved this Subways location. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about their menu.Unfortunately, most of the original workers since the reopening left. All the new workers are young and rude and very inexperienced.I asked for their Chicken Salad Wrap (#42 on the menu) and they had no idea what I was talking about. They tried to play it off by giving me regular rotisserie chicken in a wrap. The original workers know the difference as it's similar to their tuna, but chicken instead.I am very sad that I will not be returning to this particular chain after all these years 😞

I mean its subway, so sure you have decent sandwich, well....that's IF AND ONLY IF YOU GET "DOUBLE MEAT" OR ATLEAST THE MIDDLE OPTION, I BELIEVE CALLED "50% MORE" OR "DELUX" . I'm big on a lot of veggies on my sandwich so this actually is semi healthy (if you do the turkey and cheese) minus any processing. There is a reason this subway has been in my hood as long as I can remember. Solid for a semi fast food place. Salute
