Tartinery Café - Bar | Park Ave Introduce
In the heart of bustling Midtown, where fast-paced city life often dominates, Tartinery Café - Bar on Park Avenue offers a refreshing taste of Parisian elegance and simplicity. This modern European restaurant brings a touch of French café culture to New York, specializing in its signature open-faced sandwiches, known as “tartines.” The concept is simple yet brilliant: a foundation of fresh, artisanal bread topped with a variety of delicious and high-quality ingredients. More than just a sandwich shop, Tartinery is a multi-faceted destination—a bright and airy cafe by day, a cozy wine bar by night, and a reliable spot for a healthy, quick bite at any time in between. It's a place that effortlessly blends casual convenience with a sophisticated, trendy atmosphere, making it a standout choice for locals and tourists alike.
Tartinery’s menu is built around fresh, healthy ingredients and a focus on simple, clean flavors. While the tartines are the main event, the restaurant also serves up a variety of other delicious options, including crisp salads, hearty grain bowls, and French classics like the Croque Monsieur. The beverage program is equally thoughtful, offering great coffee and tea selections, fresh-pressed juices, and a well-curated list of beer and wine. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for solo dining, a casual get-together, or a quick working lunch. As one customer noted, the food is consistently "yummy and fresh," and the service is so wonderful it makes you "start the day happy." Tartinery is a welcome discovery for anyone looking for a little taste of Europe without leaving the city.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I'd like to write a special review of this place, which, for me, was a great discovery since my first trip to New York. The best thing is the service offered by the waiters and waitresses. Their smiles are a priceless and wonderful addition. Mimi and Adina make you feel part of the family. They're not only charming, but also great and efficient workers. We don't just come back because we like the food and the place, but because of them. Their joy and good work make you start the day happy. Thanks a lot for everything from a Spaniards group
August 26 · Jesus AlonsoMy friend and so are visiting the city and stopped here for brunch. I got an avocado toast with an egg and she got a smoked salmon toast with and egg.The food was yummy and fresh but the portions don’t match the price. We also got strawberry cocktails which were very good.Everything here tastes fresh.
June 20 · melody wilsonWe fancied a light brunch on our way up to the Broadway theatre for a matinee show of The Buena Vista Social Club and as we had enjoyed our brunch at the Tartinery café & bar in Greenwich Village last week, we decided to try their branch on Park Ave.The café was very busy with a lot of office workers having lunch, however, we were shown to a small table for two without having to wait. The menu at this branch was very silmilar to the one at Greenwich Village, however, they didn't have the eggs benedict my wife really enjoyed there, so she had the avocado on toast with the additional of a soft poached eggs today, which she really enjoyed, and a latte. I went for the lunch combo deal of a delicious creamy chestnut & mushroom soup with a fantastic chicken salad petite tartine with celery & pistachio. We also ordered a very tasty ham & cheese croissant to share whilst we waited for our main courses. We were served by a very friendly and helpful waitress and used the male & female toilets at the back of the café. There's also a takeaway counter near the entrance selling pastries & hot drinks to go.
September 17 · Hong LeeAbsolutely loved this spot! The food was amazing — I had the chocolate and almond croissant, smashed avocado toast, and a cappuccino with oat milk. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The ambiance was cozy and inviting — perfect for a relaxed brunch or coffee break. Highly recommend!
June 08 · Anish SinhaReally remarkable breakfast with a nice city garden tables. Roast beef and avocado toasts wits soft boiled eggs and salmon were really good. Also, if you like the pour over coffee you will be satisfied with their regular drip which is surprisingly fruitful.
