I recently stopped by this coffee spot and was honestly underwhelmed. I ordered an iced caramel coffee (about $7), which felt overpriced—especially since most iced coffees go for $4–$5. I get that prices can be inflated based on the area, but still, I expected more.When we received our order, a different worker called out two vanilla iced coffees instead of caramel. We let him know, and to his credit, he was super nice and remade them with no issue. Great customer service in that regard.That said, the coffee itself was disappointing. It tasted more like basic drip coffee than something crafted with care. The caramel flavor was barely noticeable, and the presentation didn’t match the storefront display at all. No ombré effect, no branding or logo on the cup—just plain and forgettable. For the price, I expected more than what felt like a generic coffee in a plain cup.This experience reminded me that I can honestly make a better coffee at home—and probably will next time.

Best coffee shop around! I go in every morning, and it’s incredible how quickly the line moves and how few words need to be exchanged in most cases, as the staff know every regular’s name and order by heart. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and are satisfied with your order. Highly recommend.

I came around noon for a protein snack and to get some work done on my laptop. They have protein shakes too, but their green energy bowl was delicious and satiating. It was a bit loud so it was hard to concentrate, but it's the perfect place to grab a bite on the go! I spent 15$ for my bowl.

It seems that with this location, it depends upon who is working at the time of visit. I usually don't go to this location as I am closer to another but sometimes in the area. Unfortunatley the times I have gone (in the morning) have not been good. There is a very nasty person who is by the register, and I believe also made my drink a while back that she messed up. She barks the prices, and is really not the type of person you would want dealing with people. The first time I was there, the drink really was cold -maybe did not steam enough. When it was remade, it was made with whole milk instead of the original non dairy (I'm lactose intolerent). She was defensive saying how should she remember with other orders. I was standing right there. Then she was vindictive and purposely made my beverage too hot (as I found out when I sipped it in the car almost scalding myself). She said when I left, "is it hot enough for you now" . Why would Tazza employ such a person. I reluctantly went in and now will Never go in again.

I’ve been here several times and it was always ok, if a little inconsistent . yesterday my wife and I got 2 iced lattes that were absolutely undrinkable. Insanely strong, bitter, and burnt tasting. The barista was a young Asian guy with homemade tattoos who would not make eye contact. When I asked to have some milk poured in the guy kept his back to me and had headphones on and would not or could not acknowledge my request ; the young woman at the counter had to stop what she was doing and assist me because he was in his own world. I felt bad for her. I cannot recommend this place

Had a premade chicken caesar wrap here. There was so much chicken in it and not enough caesar sauce or lettuce in my opinion. Definitely was filling though. Cold brew was very strong and delicious. My wife liked her chipotle chicken.
