Have never been so excited about a fast food restaurant like this before. The staff are absolutely amazing. Asked what I should order as it was my first time and the guy calmly and politely answered going through most of the options. The lady cleaning upstairs made sure everyone had napkins, the floor and tables were clean at all times and even got me some ice water when I asked if I could get some for free, implying that i would go downstairs ask for it myself.Now to the food: the chicken sandwich is simple but still tasty. The waffle fries could be a bit crispier but enjoyed so much it feels wrong to say it. And oh my the sauces are delicious. With my order I was allowed to get 4 different ones of my choice for free. Will definitely be coming back again in the future.

I’ve never had a smooth experience at this location — it’s consistently overcrowded and poorly managed. During my most recent visit, my order wasn’t logged properly, which meant I had to reorder everything and wait another 20 minutes. Instead of offering any sort of apology or solution, the manager chose to raise her voice and dismiss my concern entirely. Rather than taking responsibility, she acted as though I was at fault.Fast food should be fast and customer service should at least be respectful — this location failed on both fronts. I hope corporate takes note and addresses the management and staffing issues here.
