Hai Street Kitchen & Co Reviews
I never had a sushi burrito before and was one of the main objectives going into the city on this trip. My friend brought me to Hai Street Kitchen & Co, in which I got the slamin salmon (me and my significant other are salmon fanatics). The salmon and the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh and it was well constructed! The thing about this sushi burrito is that it tends to fall apart near the end of the burrito in which it means a messy situation. I believe it's due to the fact that the ends of the burritos are not covered with anything like seaweed, so the sticky rice attaches to the overall wrapper and causes the burrito to just fall apart. Besides that, everything about this burrito and the way they wrapped and packaged it was absolutely amazing. It comes in this fancy hexagonal box which perfectly houses the burrito. They pre-cut your burrito in-half (probably so ppl can take nice pictures of the insides) so it makes sharing the burrito MUCH easier. All in all, the sushi burrito didn't disappoint, it was very solid; really the only bad part was the messy ending. I would definitely come again, and if you've never had a sushi burrito this place is a solid choice!
