I come here everyday and this lady cheat me out of my money all the time she gave me a spoon of granola and a little bit of almond butter and covers it with a napkin but give other customers a nice healthy bowl spending 18 dollars a day and giving me half of what I order is unfair. Not only do I order bowls for myself I order it for coworkers as well. I wish the customer service was better and everyone that comes in get the same equal amount

You definitely get your moneys worth because these are huge, so I took half mine to go. But I could see how you could eat the whole thing with how yummy they are! It was good not mind blowing - but if you choose a fun option you’ll probably love it!

I'm always on the hunt for a new NYC playa location and I found one today in the Urbanspace. I ordered the Tropical Bowl and Wajid prepared it perfectly! I got my bowl in less than 3 minutes because the line was short. The great thing about this location is that there is a lot of seating upstairs and downstairs if you want to enjoy your bowl onsite.

I go to the Playa Bowls on daily basis to pick up my Tropical Acai bowl. Every morning I'm greeted by Martin and Alejandra and it brightens my day. I must admit, Playa Bowls has the best acai in town. I pass by another Playa Bowl store in the morning before I get to the office however the location at Urban Space (at 570 Lexington Ave) is where I go cause I love the service. [March 2024]wanted to add to this review. even though its been 10 months since my last review. Jose and Alejandra are the team now in the morning and their customer service is stellar. they have suggested other flavors and Ive been hooked. big shout out for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
